The pattern includes:

•  Mitten circumference 18 cm
•  Cuff circumference 16 cm
•  Thumb circumference 6.4 cm
•  Mitten length 25.5 cm
•  Cuff length 6 cm
•  Thumb length 12.5 cm

Yarn: Lana Grossa COOL WOOL 4 SOCKS | Colors I used: 7710-raw white and 7721-royal

Yardage: 210 total, 105 m for each strand

Knitting gauge with Stockinette Stitch (colorwork) and 2.25 mm needles: 44 stitches in 10 cm and 46 rows in 10 cm

Skills needed to knit these mittens: Twisted K1 P1 Rib, Stockinette Stitch in colorwork, cast on (+ loop cast on), pick up stitches, KFB increase, decreases: SSK, K2Tog

Be aware this is like drinking dry grass and water that very quickly turns to gelatin. I can’t imagine the Navy seal that must be able to do this. You would have to be trained for torture in order to enter this stuff.. Unless you were hellbent on suffering, avoid this like the plague. Absolute waste of my money.
