Розроблено діагностичну програму з визначення рівнів вихованості лідерських якостей майбутніх менеджерів. Спроектовано модель освітнього середовища університету, спрямованого на виховання лідерських якостей майбутніх менеджерів. Визначено зміст, форми, методи та засоби виховання лідерських якостей майбутніх менеджерів в освітньому середовищі університету. Теоретично обґрунтовано й експериментально перевірено організаційно-педагогічні умови виховання лідерських якостей майбутніх менеджерів в освітньому середовищі університету.
