Furnishing strength and refinement in an ultra-sleek profile, the Daiwa Certate HD LT Spinning Reels are engineered to exacting specifications for the serious inshore or offshore angler chasing hard-running species with light tackle. Leveraging rugged machine-cut TOUGH DIGIGEAR gearing, 12+1 bearings, and a one-piece aluminum MONOCOQUE body, the Certate HD LT delivers a premium level of smoothness, power, rigidity, and water resistance to easily handle a variety of saltwater applications.
Notching up the performance even higher, the Certate HD LT is fitted with a tubular AIRDRIVE BAIL and rugged aluminum AIRDRIVE ROTOR that delivers improved strength and balance along with reduced weight and inertia. Additionally, the AIRDRIVE SHAFT is supported by special collars for better torque with less friction and noise, while the MAGSEALED shaft and line roller utilize a special magnetic oil that protects them from the elements.
Enabling seamless casting of baits and lures, the lightweight AIRDRIVE Long Cast ABS spool is specially made to optimize line flow for long presentations to wary fish. Perfect for battling redfish, tarpon, snook, permit, and more, the Certate HD LT also comes equipped with an Automatic Tournament Drag composed of carbon washers and special grease that deliver up to 26.4 pounds of brute stopping power. Built for dependability in harsh environments, the Daiwa Certate HD LT Spinning Reels bring a new level of capability to saltwater angling.
