Chiude con un finale fresco e fruttato, di buona persistenza.Il merlot, vitigno originario di Bordeaux, fu introdotto in Agro Pontino negli anni Trenta dai coloni veneti che bonificarono le Paludi Pontine. Mai opportunamente valorizzato in passato, lo è stato successivamente grazie al progetto di ricerca e sperimentazione Casale del Giglio, avviato nel 1985, che ha permesso di individuare per questa varietà la combinazione più idonea fra portainnesti, cloni e forma di allevamento, al fine di ottenere uve di alta qualità. È così che nasce un grande classico, un rosso vinificato in acciaio e lasciato maturare in piccoli fusti di rovere per circa un anno. Il Lazio Merlot IGT di Casale del Giglio è un vino intenso e moderno, sempre caratterizzato da bei richiami fruttati.
A tutto pasto, si trova un grande abbinamento con i classici bucatini allamatriciana.

This product is worth the price. The only thing is that it kind of doesn’t work sometimes when you are trying to switch the unit and you might have to double click (as shown in my video) other than that the product works perfect for measuring my food and even my liquids. It’s the perfect size not too big and bulky but it also isn’t that small. As you can see in my picture it’s small enough to fit in my drawer (I don’t like to leave it on my counter) it’s a tiny bit bigger than an Alexa.i also like that the price isn’t to high . I would definitely recommend this product! It’s a sturdy product it doesn’t move when you’re putting any items on it. It’s easy to clean off as well. Another thing is it takes batteries ( it takes AAA batteries, just 2 of them) and I liked how it came with batteries inside of them already .
