What do you need to take on your next adventure? A pair of mountain bikes, a rooftop tent for camping, or just some extra fuel to help you get deep in the wilderness? Whatever it is the Prinsu Design roof rack will take care of all of your extra cargo and adventure gear needs!

Each Prinsu roof rack is designed to be completely modular and allow the customer to customize the rack to fit their needs. Each Prinsu roof rack is also designed to be form-fitting to each particular vehicle that it will mount to. Combine this functionality with special high strength aluminum alloy construction and you have the most functional, most aerodynamic, and best looking roof rack you could ever mount to your vehicle!

The Subaru Ascent Prinsu roof rack features all of the standard benefits of a Prinsu roof rack. The rack itself mounts into the factory mounting holes that are used with the mounting of the factory rail system. Because Subaru has strong factory mounting points built in this rack does not require any cutting or modification of the roof and our rack can attach to the factory mounting points. The rack comes with black anodized crossbars and a clear anodized crossbar for the wind deflector mount. Each crossbar has the Prinsu exclusive “drop points” which allow easy access to mount any of your accessories. Each Prinsu crossbar is also made of a special high strength alloy that is exclusive to the Prinsu brand!

The side rails and wind deflector also come powder coated and all mounting hardware to attach the rack to the roof of the vehicle comes with each roof rack. Each rack comes standard with a set of tie-down rings as well.

There are several choices you have when placing an order for a Prinsu roof rack. The first choice is whether you want to mount a light bar on the front of the rack or not. We offer wind deflectors that are specifically made to fit each light bar option that the customer may choose. If you do not want to mount a light bar then our rack comes with our standard wind deflector to dramatically reduce wind noise and provide good aerodynamics for the vehicle at cruising speeds. You also have the choice to add our “noise reducing trim” which will dramatically reduce further wind noise caused during windy conditions, especially when crosswinds are involved. The Prinsu roof rack is the quietest roof rack available due to its sleek and form-fitting design. It has been engineered to be strong, yet quiet!

**This hassle free light bar kit has been designed to perfectly fit the Prinsu 40" cutout, and comes with everything needed. Ignite the night with the quality backed Cali Raised Light Bar Kit.

Just linear
Format: Paperback
I appreciate that it helps to organize the chaos of information, but I just used the template verbatim with my manager and it did not go very well. He said this linear approach does not work anymore with high-level corporate audiences. They want to cut right to the chase and start to dig into the deep details. This layout with simple images, even if you just pull away the map and anchor slides, makes the storytelling too much like a story, not giving enough credit to the speed at which certain audiences can and do process data on a slide. It was an interesting exercise and I still think this linear layout works in some cases. Just not if you are trying to communicate business case or other C-suite type of information.

Student Review
This book is an excellent introduction to the basic principles of insurance. We used this text as a supplement in our Intro to Act. Sci. class. It is very readable, easy to understand. Minimal mathematics required, some basic calculus concepts used, but only briefly. Don't let it's small size fool ya, it has plenty of information in there.

A #MustRead for cybersecurity practitioners
Format: Kindle
Rick Howard's latest book is the ultimate reference for cybersecurity practitioners, making it an essential read for anyone in the field. With his straightforward and refreshingly irreverent writing style, coupled with his profound technical knowledge, Rick has created a narrative that is easy to understand and grasp. He delves into the foundational aspect of cybersecurity, which he refers to as the cybersecurity first principle, which he then it to specific high-impact strategies. The book has eight well-written chapters providing a comprehensive overview of those strategies. Importantly, Rick then offers an up-to-date and thorough exploration of the complementary capabilities (tactical-level tools) that can be utilized to "reduce the probability of material impact due to a cyber event" - the cyber first principle. In the concluding chapter, Rick succinctly summarizes his contribution to the field, stating, "And that's it. Those are all the tools you need to design, build, and enhance a cybersecurity program based on first principle thinking." This assertion highlights the value of his book as a practical guide for designing and improving cybersecurity programs with a focus on first principles.
