The adjustable sharpening angles from 15° to 30° in 1° increments accommodate a wide range of knives, making manual sharpening faster, easier, and more precise than ever.
The ELITE KIT features two Tri-Brasive® handles with five diamond grit plates (coarse 220/320/400 grit and fine 600/800 grit) and a fine ceramic plate to repair, sharpen, and hone your knives to an incredibly sharp edge.
