The laser quickly and easily incinerates rust, scale and paint, leaving behind little to no hazardous waste residue.
The 300W Pulsed Wave Laser Cleaner can carefully remove paint and descale material with ease without damaging or overheating the subsurface. The Pulse wave laser design of the unit can be fine tuned for the precise amount of paint, mill scale and rust removal. The pulse action is more forceful than a standard non-pulse laser cleaner, so less wattage needs to be used. The unit can also select for cleaning width and cleaning pattern shapes, which are useful for improving cleaning efficiency on different textures and shapes.
The impact resistant plastic suitcase design allows the unit to be stored and carried to the job site where it is need. This unit is works well in portable operations or where custom laser cleaning is needed.
Pulse Frequency from 1 up to 3000 kHz. Scan up to 160mm on X axis and up to 120mm on Y axis. Note: At maximum scan settings, some cleaning efficiency may be lost.
