Engineered and handcrafted from CNC mandrel-bent 3" and 2.5" U.S.-sourced .065" wall T304L stainless steel, this 50-state emissions-compliant cat-back exhaust system offers a direct bolt-on, no-cut installation with a factory-matched inlet flange. This system specifically has a dual 4.5” slash-cut tip setup in chrome silver, but is also available with diamond black tips or as the high-clearance BashGuard™ version. It features equal-length front pipes and a bespoke resonated mid-pipe with AWE's patented drone-canceling 180 Technology®, ensuring a signature exhaust note with maximum comfort on the highway. Designed to accommodate the factory retractable BedStep®, this system also provides ample clearance for driveshaft loops and the gas tank. Fitments are available for both hybrid and non-hybrid models, and wheelbase extensions are included to cover 145.7” and 157.7” wheelbases. This clean, straight-through design maximizes performance, and as with all AWE products, it is manufactured in-house and comes with the AWE No CEL Guarantee, Perfect Fitment Guarantee, and a Lifetime Warranty.

Overall, this is a great easy read book.

This is a great guide for underwriting multifamily deals for someone with some basic to moderate knowledge of underwriting. I am a new student to this field and have to stop and google some of the acronyms. For a future version, I think adding an extra page for the acronyms used, definition and equation would be helpful. I think that the font could be larger and darker. Adding mathematical formulas in the book would provide visualization as well. Rob can also provide a sample OM for the reader to use with his underwriting model and compare to his completed one. Again, I am a newbie so my review may change as I gain knowledge in this area. I enjoyed listening to Rob on Youtube/Podcast and hope to learn more from him.
