Easy Absorption, Krebs Cycle Calcium Magnesium with Vitamin D is recommended for those with low stomach acid, such as the elderly. Vitamin D facilitates dietary calcium absorption from the intestines, decreases urinary calcium wastage and facilitates the incorporation of calcium into the bones.National Academy of Sciences currently recommends that people ages 19–50 consume 1,000 mg of calcium per day, and 50 or over get 1,200 mg per day. All it claims to be!
This product is all it claims to be!! Very smooth, buttery and hydrating. I do not enjoy the vanilla scented one. It has cinnamon in it which I was not expecting based on the description. If it was plain vanilla, I would definitely enjoy it more. I will probably buy the honey one over any of these other scents.
