This allows the NavPro 900F to be used to retro fit onto any of the older SI-TEX Transducers. For example, any of the transducers used by the very popular old CVS-106 Sounders. 50/200 & 120kHz

great for certain items
i am an infrequent buyer of the assurion warranties but do use them for stuff i think might be something i'd claim on like the very low priced inflatable paddleboard i got. i can't imagine the thig lasting 2 years but the warranty makes that a no brainer. i have only once in my history had to make a claim and it was an easy process where they just automatically refunded the price of the item
