Instead of a dropper, it is dispersed using a pump. The consistency is thin, but not watery. It does not leave my skin feeling sticky. I love not having it drip all over my face. Leaves a nice glow without being shiny. Time will tell how effective it is at fading brown spots, but as with the other Good Molecules products, this is a great product for a great price.

I've been using it for over a week now and I can tell my complexion is brighter and the one dark spots are s bit lighter. I'd say it's pretty effective.
