The Arkitur double action CAM hydraulic heal pivot set is suitable for doors weighing up to 100kgs/1000mm wide and with a minimum 44mm timber or 38mm steel/aluminium thickness which has simple final adjustments +/- 3mm backwards/forwards, 3mm left/right and also +/- 4 degrees on alignment

There are two versions of the pivot, one which can be held open at 90 degrees and also rotate through 150 degrees with opening and closing speed adjustment (at the edge of the door) together with soft closing within the last 10 degrees not suitable for fire doors; the non-hold open version has the same functionality and is suitable for FD30 Fire doors when used in conjunction with the intumescent pack sold separately (tested on 54mm door thickness).

The stainless steel covered floor plate is fixed to the floor with 4 x 30mm deep fixings and the top pivot depth into the frame is 23mm with the top plate being 136mm long x 25mm wide.
