10g Citrulline. 4g Betaine. Full-Disclosure High-Stim Performance.

Magnum Limitless X16 is a fully disclosed, high-stim pre-workout that puts performance first, with solid doses of proven ingredients instead of just relying on stims to steal the show. The idea here is simple: crank up the pump, boost power and fight fatigue, add real focus support, and deliver energy from a few sources so it's not just one big caffeine crash.

The star is 10g of pure L-citrulline, which is more than the usual 6-8g you see in studies. Citrulline gets turned into arginine in your kidneys, skipping the gut breakdown, and ramps up nitric oxide for better blood flow. That means bigger pumps, better nutrient delivery to muscles, and less of that flat feeling late in your workout. They added 250mg EndoFlo™, a mix of mango fruit, black ginger, ginkgo, and pine bark extracts, for extra blood flow support beyond just citrulline.

On the performance side, 4g betaine anhydrous is a hefty dose—studies often use 2.5g, so this gives you extra. Betaine helps with cell hydration and supports methylation, which in the gym means better power, more reps, and even body comp improvements over time. Beta-alanine is at the full 3.2g daily dose to build up carnosine in muscles, buffering acid so high-rep sets don't burn out as fast. It's best with regular use as acidity builds in tough workouts. L-carnitine L-tartrate at 2g is also right where sports nutrition literature often places it for exercise recov

Magnum Limitless X16 by Magnum Nutraceuticals contains 40mg Niacin, a clinical dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 10,000mg L-Citrulline — way above the usual 6-8g for nitric oxide and workout support. It converts to arginine efficiently, so you get real blood flow, bigger pumps, and sustained energy through tough sessions.
  • 4,000mg Betaine Anhydrous — more than the 2.5g in most studies. It helps hydrate cells and supports methylation, making it great for boosting power and handling more work in the gym over time.
  • 3,200mg Beta-Alanine — the standard daily dose for raising muscle carnosine. This buffers acid buildup, so your high-rep sets and repeats don't crap out early.
  • 2,000mg L-Carnitine L-Tartrate — a solid dose for recovery, not just a sprinkle. It's awesome for dealing with muscle soreness from back-to-back hard workouts.
  • 1,000mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine — this version leans toward brain benefits. While the other carnitine helps muscles, this one boosts mental energy and focus, rounding out the formula.
  • 1,500mg Tyrosine + 500mg N-Acetyl Tyrosine — doubles up on support for focus during stress. Tyrosine feeds into dopamine and norepinephrine, which you need more of when training hard and using stims.
  • Alpha-GPC + Huperzia support the acetylcholine side of focus, not just raw stimulation. Alpha-GPC provides choline substrate and huperzia helps reduce acetylcholine breakdown, which is why this formula feels more training-focused than a caffeine-only product.
  • 301mg Total Caffeine from multiple sources — fast onset from caffeine anhydrous with additional support from NeuroRush™ and green coffee bean extract. This gives the formula a more staged energy curve than a one-note stim hit.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders and physique folks chasing hypertrophy who want better pumps, contractions, and denser sessions. 10g L-citrulline plus EndoFlo™ deliver visible blood flow and fuller muscles, with 4g betaine and 3.2g beta-alanine for high-volume work.
  • Powerbuilders doing heavy compounds then volume accessories. Solid stims keep you sharp late, plus clinical citrulline, betaine, and beta-alanine hold output through long workouts.
  • Seasoned pre-workout users bored with basic caffeine hits. 301mg caffeine plus 50mg TeaCrine® gives lasting energy, and the tyrosine/carnitine/choline stack makes focus feel complete.
  • Lifters in high-fatigue phases with repeats, short rests, dense training. Full 3.2g beta-alanine and 4g betaine shine when programs demand consistent effort.
  • Folks who feel when a pre boosts mind-muscle link. Tyrosine, N-acetyl tyrosine, acetyl-L-carnitine, Alpha-GPC, caffeine, huperzia support attention and execution under load.
  • Users who dig transparent labels and want to confirm doses. Full disclosure, no blends, so you know exactly what's in there—not common in pres.

How to Use

Mix one sachet in 14-20 oz cold water and down it 20-30 minutes pre-workout. That gives caffeine time to ramp up while citrulline and nootropics are ready for your sets. New to high-stims? Start with half to check tolerance.

Use a shaker—it's packed with actives, so stirring won't cut it. More water smooths the taste and stim feel; less makes it punchier. Empty stomach for fast, strong hit; after light food for a gentler peak, maybe 10-20 minutes later.

Don't mix with coffee, burners, or other caffeinated stuff casually—stims add up quick. Stacks well with creatine, intra carbs/electrolytes, and post protein. No need to cycle beta-alanine or citrulline, but take stim breaks if sensitivity drops. Store cool and dry, keep sachets sealed to avoid moisture.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: right after mixing and drinking, it feels loaded, not like weak flavored water. On an empty stomach, subtle alertness starts creeping in. Minutes 10-20: caffeine hits, beta-alanine tingles might show, and you're mentally geared up for the workout.

Minutes 20-40: prime time—citrulline pump shines in work sets, tyrosine/carnitine/choline bring clean focus without wild hype. Minutes 40-90: designed to hold steady, TeaCrine® keeps energy from dropping off like pure caffeine.

Days 1-7: you'll notice energy, focus, pump right away. Weeks 2-4: beta-alanine builds carnosine for better acid handling, betaine shows in consistent output across sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Magnum Limitless X16 per serving?

Each full serving provides 301mg total caffeine from caffeine anhydrous, NeuroRush™, and green coffee bean extract. It also includes 50mg theacrine from TeaCrine®, which is not caffeine but contributes to a more sustained stimulant feel.

Is 10g of L-citrulline actually a strong dose?

Yes. Most sports nutrition research and premium pre-workouts center around 6-8g of L-citrulline for nitric oxide and pump support. Limitless X16 provides 10g of straight L-citrulline, which is an above-clinical dose and one of the most impressive parts of the formula.

Will this make me tingle?

Probably. The formula contains 3.2g beta-alanine, which is the full clinical daily dose and commonly causes a temporary tingling sensation called paresthesia. It is harmless for most users and simply reflects the ingredient’s acute sensory effect, not necessarily the size of the performance benefit.

Is the Alpha-GPC dose clinical?

Not fully. The label lists 300mg of a 50% Alpha-GPC material, which yields 150mg active Alpha-GPC. Research on cognition and power output more commonly uses 300-600mg active Alpha-GPC, so this is a supportive dose rather than a headline clinical one.

How long before training should I take Limitless X16?

Take it 20-30 minutes before training. That window usually allows the caffeine system to begin rising and gives the citrulline, tyrosine, and nootropic ingredients time to be active as your session starts.

Can I use this for evening workouts?

Only if you already know you tolerate stimulants late in the day. With 301mg caffeine plus TeaCrine®, this formula can easily interfere with sleep when taken too close to bedtime, and sleep loss will undermine recovery more than any pre-workout can make up for.

Should I use this every day or only on training days?

Training days are the minimum logical use case, but consistent use improves the value of ingredients like beta-alanine because carnosine stores build over time. If you want the full endurance benefit of 3.2g beta-alanine, daily intake is more effective than sporadic use.

Can I stack this with creatine?

Yes, and it makes sense. Limitless X16 does not include creatine, so adding 3-5g creatine monohydrate daily complements the formula by supporting phosphocreatine regeneration while beta-alanine handles acid buffering and citrulline supports blood flow.

Does this formula hide anything in a proprietary blend?

No. One of the strengths of Limitless X16 is that the active panel is fully disclosed with every listed ingredient assigned a dose. That makes it much easier to assess against clinical literature than the many pre-workouts that hide their focus or stimulant systems.

What does TeaCrine® add that caffeine alone does not?

TeaCrine® is a branded form of theacrine, a stimulant-related compound often used to extend perceived energy and smooth the back half of a workout. In this formula, it helps the energy curve feel less abrupt than a single-source caffeine product.

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
