The Fleece Coolant Bypass solves the problem of excessive coolant pressure before it becomes a problem. The integrated secondary thermostat locates at the back of the block and allows coolant to flow freely when at normal operating temperatures ensuring consistent temperatures across all six cylinders and eliminates excessive pressure. The kit comes with high quality AN o-ring fittings and AN hose connections with braided hose to ensure a leak free installation and installs in two hours or less!Increased Coolant Flow, Decreased Coolant Temperatures - The rear cylinders on the 24 Valve Cummins suffer from a lack of coolant flow, and therefore, experience the highest coolant temperatures. This can cause excessive pressure to build in the cooling system, especially the rear of the block and blow out freeze plugs externally, or the smaller diameter plugs under the valve cover, leading to a failure. Fleece's coolant bypass kit adds a secondary thermostat, that unlike other brands, works based on temperature instead of excessive pressure. This solves the problem before pressure becomes an issue by ensuring consistent temperatures across all six cylinders.
Why do I need a Fleece Coolant Bypass? - One of the biggest issues on the 24 valves is the coolant flow problem to the rear cylinders. This can cause catastrophic failure or blow outs of the freeze plugs in an over-temperature / over-pressure condition. Super comfortable - much better than memory foam wrist rests!

Get this wrist rest - you won't be disappointed. Had ergonomic keyboards and have tried memory foam rest in the past and this is much better. Smooth wood, perfect height and very supportive to keep wrists in neutral position when typing. Got the 17.3" and like that there's ample room to not feel squashed, but probably could have done with the medium length. Great angle for my mechanical keyboard. Love it!

What an excellent wrist rest! Except for this one thing....

This is a solid piece of wood with great quality. Fantastic large rubber grips on the bottom (left and right sides only).
Pro: I use it for editing and gaming. And though I thought the wood might be a bad choice in the long run, it turns out it's pretty nice. Not as comfortable as a gel rest but I knew what I was getting when I ordered it. I buy things for function AND aesthetics. I love how this looks. The uniqueness is really something. I got the natural one instead of the black so that the grains and lines can be easily seen.
Con: Unfortunately, after almost 2 months, the wood has warped some. Not enough to effect my typing but, enough that I notice it. The warp is the kind where the opposite angled corners go up and down. While the other 2 corners are fine. In my case, the top left and bottom right, when pressed independently, rock the wrist rest. The top right and bottom left stay grounded. This is why I took a star off. Because there's no way this should be happening.
So, looks and quality are up there. The rubber grips are solid. Why it's warping is puzzling to me. NO liquid wasted on it. Or, extreme temperature changes have happened. I've made sure the rubber grips. And that the surface the rest sits on (a glass mouse scrolling top by Superglide) is clean. Yet, I get this slight rocking. It bugs me this all happened right after the return window closed. I would've simply exchanged it. I love it too much. I mean, this is, again, a SOLID piece of wood. Maybe this won't happen for everyone. I mean, it's wood. Eh
I would still recommended this regardless.

True-to-photos color, solid build, and great for organizing

Durability: This tray feels well-made and sturdy. I replaced a fragile tray that shattered when it fell, and this one feels like it would hold up far better to normal day-to-day handling. I am not going to stress-test it, but it feels substantial and nicely finished.
Use and ease of use: It does exactly what a tray should do. It is easy to carry, stable when set down, and the woven leather surface feels secure and helps keep items from sliding around.
Color: The green woven leather matches the website photos. No surprises, no weird undertones. It looks clean and high quality in person.
Organization: This is where it really shines for me. It is a great fit for corralling items on a table, counter, or dresser and instantly makes things look more intentional. It is not stackable, but it is not advertised as stackable either, so that is fine.
