The Denon AU‑320 is a vintage moving-coil (MC) cartridge step-up transformer from the 1970s, designed to interface MC cartridges with standard moving-magnet (MM) phono stages. It offers selectable impedance settings of 3 Ω, 40 Ω, and a bypass mode, making it compatible with two turntables and various MC cartridge types. Housed in a rugged iron case with triple-layer shielding, it features gold-plated terminals and low-capacitance circuitry to minimise noise and signal loss.   • This unit is in good condition. It shows a small amount of general wear from use and age. This includes some marks. nicks, scuffs and light scratches.

  • This unit has been thoroughly tested. We can confirm it is 100% functional.  

  • This is a passive step-up transformer - it does not require power / batteries to work. This unit can be used anywhere in the world.

  • This sale is for the AU-320 unit only. Nothing else is included in this sale.

It is a piece of junk. I would not advise anyone to buy this watch.
