Rosso rubino alla vista, è intenso al naso con sentori di prugne mature, foglie di tabacco, confettura di ciliegie e note di cacao. In bocca si presenta con una notevole struttura, equilibrato e con tannini maturi. Persistente, concede un piacevole finale con note di vaniglia e cacao.Le uve primitivo coltivate nei vigneti di proprietà, dopo la pressatura subiscono una fermentazione a contatto con le bucce a temperatura controllata. Il successivo affinamento è svolto all’interno di barrique americane per un minimo di 12 mesi. Il Primitivo del Salento IGP “125” 2015 è un rosso di ottima struttura, che rispecchia il legame tra l’azienda e il terroir del Salento.
Un rosso di corpo che si abbina egregiamente con la cucina di terra e con i secondi piatti a base di pollo, coniglio e agnello.
