5g creatine monohydrate, no secrets, made for everyday wins.

Bucked Up Essentials Flavored Creatine Monohydrate keeps it simple with one of the best-backed ingredients in sports nutrition: creatine monohydrate. The idea here is straightforward—give you the top form at the right dose, skip the extras, and add flavor so you actually stick with it. In a world of fancy creatines with weak versions or hidden doses, this sticks to what the studies show works.

Every scoop packs 5,000mg of creatine monohydrate. That's key because 3-5g a day is what keeps your muscle creatine levels up, and 5g puts you right at the strong end. Creatine helps your body remake ATP quick through phosphocreatine during short, intense bursts. In the gym, that means better handling heavy sets, explosive moves, sprints, and keeping up the volume that leads to real progress. Plus, it pulls water into muscle cells for that fuller, denser look a lot of people notice.

Creatine does more than just boost strength. Studies show it helps with max power, adding lean muscle when you lift, and handling repeated hard efforts. It works for all kinds of people: lifters, team athletes, older folks keeping muscle strong, and everyday gym rats. At 5g a day, this is dosed just right—no guessing, no doubling up, no decoding blends.

The synergy here is not between multiple actives—it is be

Key Highlights

  • 5,000mg Creatine Monohydrate per scoop — that's the full daily dose that studies back, not some weak throw-in. You need 3-5g a day to keep muscle stores topped off, and 5g gets you there solid.
  • Monohydrate form — still the champ in supplements. Forget the hype on new types; this one's got the most research proving it helps with strength, power, and building muscle.
  • Helps remake ATP during tough efforts — creatine refills phosphocreatine, which your body uses to quickly rebuild ATP. That's huge for heavy lifts, explosive reps, sprints, and any short-burst training.
  • Boosts your ability to keep going strong — creatine shines by helping you maintain quality over multiple sets. That's how you rack up better volume and real progress in the long run.
  • Pulls water into muscle cells for a fuller look — that's intracellular water retention, and it often makes muscles feel denser and more pumped alongside the power gains.
  • Totally open label with one ingredient — no hidden blends or mystery doses. You can check it against the studies yourself in no time.
  • Zero stims — pure muscle support without caffeine or anything that jacks you up. Easy to add to your morning joe, pre-workout, or late sessions without messing with sleep.
  • Flavored to make it easy to take — simple but smart. Creatine needs daily use to build up, so tasting good means you're more likely to keep at it instead of skipping gritty stuff.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters in a muscle-building phase wanting more out of their sets without overhauling everything. 5,000mg creatine monohydrate helps with phosphocreatine and volume, perfect for progressive gains.
  • Strength chasers pushing big compounds like squats or deads. This is backed for repeated intense efforts, making it a smart daily add for low-rep work.
  • Team players doing sprints, drills, and high-energy practices. It supports quick ATP in burst sports like football or basketball.
  • Folks with a pre-workout already but want standalone creatine, not buried or underdosed. This gives a clean 5g every day, training or not.
  • Starters picking the most proven supp over stim-heavy stuff. Simple, clear, and straightforward: one ingredient, full dose, no confusion.
  • Older gym-goers keeping strength and performance up. Creatine's got evidence for maintaining muscle output as you age.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop with 8-16 oz water once a day. Timing's flexible since it's about building up stores, not a quick hit. On training days, do it before, after, or with food if that helps you remember. New to it or sensitive stomach? Start half scoop for a bit, then go full 5g. Shaker with cold water mixes best. Food's up to you—some like it with a meal, but it absorbs fine either way. Stacks easy with pre, protein, electrolytes, aminos, or carbs. No cycling needed for most folks. Keep it sealed, cool, and dry to avoid clumping.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: just a tasty drink, no buzz since there's no caffeine. 10-60 minutes: still no big rush—that's normal for creatine. Days 1-7: stores start building, especially if your diet was low on it. Weeks 2-4: as it saturates, you might feel stronger repeats, better endurance, and muscles looking fuller from the water pull. After that, keep it up daily for ongoing perks. It's not flashy in the moment, but it adds up big over consistent training.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much creatine is in each serving of Bucked Up Essentials Flavored Creatine Monohydrate?

Each scoop delivers 5,000mg of creatine monohydrate. That is the clinically standard full daily dose used to support muscle creatine saturation, strength output, and repeated high-intensity performance.

Is 5g of creatine monohydrate enough to be effective?

Yes. Five grams per day sits at the top end of the standard maintenance range used in the research literature. For most users, this is exactly where a serious creatine product should be dosed.

Will I feel this product right away like a pre-workout?

No, and that is normal. Creatine monohydrate does not work like caffeine or a pump ingredient; it works by gradually increasing intramuscular creatine stores over days and weeks of consistent daily use.

Do I need to take Bucked Up creatine only on workout days?

No. Creatine should be taken every day, including rest days, because the goal is to maintain saturated muscle stores. Skipping non-training days slows that process and reduces consistency.

Can I stack this with pre-workout or coffee?

Yes. This formula is stim-free and contains only creatine monohydrate as its active ingredient, so it pairs cleanly with caffeinated pre-workouts, coffee, electrolytes, amino acids, and protein.

Should I load this creatine?

Loading is optional, not required. A traditional loading protocol uses roughly 20g daily split into multiple doses for 5-7 days, but taking 5g daily will still get you to saturation—just more gradually and often with better GI comfort.

What type of creatine is used in this formula?

It uses creatine monohydrate, the most studied and most consistently effective form of creatine in sports nutrition. It remains the benchmark ingredient for strength, power, lean mass support, and repeated high-intensity performance.

Is this better than creatine blends with multiple forms?

For evidence-based performance support, plain creatine monohydrate is hard to beat. Many multi-form creatine products add complexity without outperforming monohydrate in the literature.

Can beginners use this product?

Yes. In fact, this is one of the best entry-level performance supplements because the formula is simple, fully transparent, stimulant-free, and supported by decades of research.

Does this product contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. Despite an apparent metadata mismatch, the verified active formula is just 5,000mg creatine monohydrate. There are no stimulant actives in the formula.

Worked good then died at six months (Updated)
Worked good for a couple of months, then started to develop a lag between when you pressed a button on the remote, and when the TV would respond. If I moved the speaker blocking the TV’s IR receiver, and pointed the remote at it, it worked perfectly. Add the IR blaster back in and the delay returns. The delay kept getting longer and longer, sometimes 5 to 10 seconds. Then it just died. Would not pass any IR signals, even though the receiver and emitter both had power. Tried rebooting, changing communication channels to no avail. Out of Amazon return window. Manufacturer wants you do go through a troubleshooting process for warranty that is too complicated and time consuming. Customer Service Rep at Sewell send me a warranty replacement.

Nice Product and Customer Service
I ordered this BlastIR Wireless Pro IR Repeater from Sewell to replace a wired version of an IR repeater from another company. We have moved our TV on to a wall location and are in the process of hiding all the wiring out of sight behind walls and/or in a cabinet. We still have some wires to go, but this product has enabled us to eliminate the IR wiring all together. It's a real improvement in both looks and performance over the cheaper, wired version we originally tried. The BlasterIR's Receiver is the component that faces the room and receives the IR signal from our remote controls. It's small enough to fit in the space between our sound bar and the bottom of the TV. It's range is great for our room size (about 22' long and 18' wide) and picks up the remotes signal from a side angle that's almost parallel to the TV itself. The receiver is powered through one of the USB ports integrated into the TV (although the device itself supports either a USB or regular plug-in option). I haven't used them yet but Sewell appears to have provided a few options to help with affixing the IR devices in their final positions including some adhesive pads and a magnetic pad option as well. I'm still playing around with the permanent placement of the IR Blaster Emitter. It sits inside a closed cabinet and faces the concealed cable box receiver, router and DVR components. It retransmits the various IR signals it receives from the IR receiver by blasting that signal to anything it faces. I just placed it in the cabinet about 5" away from the devices I wanted to control, plugged it in and it worked with no other set up. So far the BlastIR is working seamlessly and with much better function response time than the cheaper IR version we'd tried at first. The lag time between when a button is pressed on the remote control and the action taking place on the device I'm communicating with is minimal. The emitter itself is plugged into an outlet on a surge protector powering the other in-cabinet devices, although it too could be powered via the provided USB connection if desired. As a note, we did experience a shipping issue during our ordering process. The order it self was processed quickly and shipped in a timely manner. However, there was an issue with our actual receipt of the product and the USPS who reported it delivered to our mailbox when in fact it had not been. Regardless, we reached out to Sewell directly and they quickly resolved the issue for us with no problems and in a timely manner. I would recommend both this IR Blaster Pro product as well as Sewell as a trusted company itself.

Does NOT Transmit Through Walls
Quick and easy setup! Works great within the room. However, will not work effectively between walls (i.e. - AV closet to living room).

Works perfectly - great product
My MBR TV set-up incorporates a cable box set up in a closet about 50 feet from the TV (hung over a fireplace). When it was set up the A/V used a wired infra-red set up that was wired thru the walls, under the floor, into the closet. Unfortunately some mice nibbled on the wiring and it does not work. I have tried everything including the Next Generation extender (over the years bought 6 of them for different TV's) and most recently the Startech. The Next Generation have not been updated in years and over time completely lose their ability to operate. No customer service at all; emails go into a black hole. I had high hopes for the Startech. Easy to set up and worked out of the box. The problem is the lag time. I could live with it when watching live TV, but it was totally impossible when it came to playing back programs from the DVR (which is cloud based). I was losing hope until I tried the Sewell Blaster. Took me less then 5 minutes to set up and it worked instantly. Little or no lag to speak of and I couldn't be happier. NB. Speaking of Sewell, the absolutely BEST way to control your HDMI based TV is the Sewell Direct SW-30062 Dual Band InjectIR sold by Amazon for $55. This is truly plug 'n play and operates with absolutely no lag. Bought 2 of these to operate TV's in my apartment where I had to hide boxes in closets. Well made, great instructions (coordinated with the devices) and I just love this product. I bought mine direct from Sewell ) same price) because I couldn't find them on Amazon when I needed them, but they have a great return policy and I'm told great C/S. If you can't use these then go for the Blaster.

This vacuum is totally worth the extra money! I LOVE MY YELLOW VAC!
Configuration: Vacuum
Don't hesitate to spend a few more dollars on this vacuum, because you won't be sorry over time. I had done extensive research on purchasing my next vacuum when I came across this model. A friend owns one of the dark green limited edition models and had great things to say about it. I tried hers out and that was that. I loved it. She also bought the floor attachment for wood or flat surface flooring that is already included with this model. I loved that attachment when I tried hers out. It glides across the floor and sucks everything up in it’s path. The Calima had everything I wanted in one package and I really loved the cheerful yellow color. The only thing I didn't like was the price of course. However, in this case I do believe you get what you pay for. Luckily, I was able to get an Amazon Warehouse like new Calima with the floor attachment for ever so slightly more than my friend’s vac plus the extra floor attachment would've cost me. YES!!! In my 16 years married life, I have bought and used a Panasonic, a Dyson and most recently a Sears Progressive (discontinued red model). Their life span has been 4-6 years each. I vowed this time to do some research up front, so I can stop my side job of buying new vacuum cleaners. I found I loved canister vacs thanks to the Progressive, so that was my number one priority. Proven longevity was the next priority. When my vac arrived, I immeditely took it out of the box and started vacuuming away. I have family members with allergies and one with allergies and asthma. My old vacuums never did the cleaning job of this little, lightweight yellow sunshine! I enjoy vacuuming again. It is so quiet that every time I use it, my daughter comments on it. It turns on a dime and is so easy to maneuver. The cord is a perfect length and winds up in a snap. I do like the digital features (that can be touched with your toes-no need to bend down) of changing the suction power. I considered other models with the manual dial and even saw one at Bed Bath and Beyond. It wasn't difficult, but the digital is better in my opinion. Compartments open and close with such ease unlike my Progressive, which I had to wrench open every time I needed to change the bag or get an attachment out. I actually broke the clasp off that allows you to change the bag within months of first getting the Progressive. The Progressive and my other vacs for that matter, were all made of cheap plastic. The Miele surpasses all of my other vacs by leaps and bounds! This company makes great vacuums! Thank you Miele and thank you Amazon!
