About the producer:
Olearia Desantis has been producing olive oil since 1950, owned and run by the same family since then. Located in that beautiful golden strip of land separating two seas, in the south of Italy, in the Apulia region. The same place where olive oil has been produced for centuries.
Our recommendation:
As it is a very versatile oil of substantial quality, it fits in all cooking use.
You can pour it directly on raw food (such as salads), or use it for the preparation of your sauces (such as Bolognese sauce), side dishes, roasted meats and even for the preparation of cakes!
Its moderate fruity and spicy taste with a low bitterness, will respect the balance of all of your dishes.
Directions of use:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and heat.
Shake bottle before use.
This oil may become cloudy at less than 10°C (50°F); this is normal and the oil will clear on warming.
