5g solid creatine monohydrate, no extras, no secrets.

NutraBio Creatine Burst keeps it simple with one goal: load up your muscles with creatine using the most trusted type out there. No hidden blends, no extra stuff, no fancy talk to cover weak doses. It's just 5 grams of PharmaPure™ creatine monohydrate per serving, right in the sweet spot from studies to boost high-intensity workouts, strength gains, muscle growth, and recovery after tough efforts.

Creatine monohydrate boosts phosphocreatine levels in your muscles— that's the stuff that quickly rebuilds ATP, your muscles' fast energy for intense bursts like heavy lifts, sprints, jumps, or quick reps. With more phosphocreatine, ATP comes back faster during and between efforts, which is why creatine helps with lifting heavier, sprinting better, and handling more volume. In the gym, that means squeezing out an extra rep, keeping bar speed up longer, and feeling less wiped out as fatigue hits.

The 5-gram dose is spot on. Doses of 3 to 5 grams daily keep muscle creatine high after you build it up, and 5 grams is what many skip the loading phase with, just ramping up over weeks. This is a real dose, not a sprinkle. It matches what works, it's easy to take every day, and it fits bigger guys or anyone wanting the full standard amount.

The PharmaPure™ designation matters because raw material quality is a real issue in a category where consum

NutraBio Creatine Burst by NutraBio contains 5g PharmaPure™ Creatine Monohydrate, a clinical dose for strength and power output.

Key Highlights

  • 5,000mg PharmaPure™ Creatine Monohydrate — this is the tried-and-true daily dose that boosts muscle creatine and phosphocreatine levels. It's a real amount that helps with strength, power, and handling back-to-back intense efforts.
  • Dosing that matches the studies — 5 grams is at the high end of the usual 3 to 5 gram range from research. You get a useful amount in one scoop, no need for tricks or double-dipping.
  • Helps recharge ATP fast during tough sets — creatine ups phosphocreatine in muscles, which rebuilds ATP for short, explosive work. You notice better lifts in heavy reps, sprints, jumps, or any workout where power drops as you tire.
  • Made for steady progress — creatine isn't just for one workout; it's about small wins adding up over time. More good reps, stronger repeats, and holding power longer can lead to real gains in size and strength.
  • One of the best-backed helpers in supplements — creatine monohydrate has tons of studies showing it works. In a world of hype, that real proof stands out.
  • PharmaPure™ means quality sourcing — with just one ingredient, the raw stuff has to be good. Naming it shows they're serious about purity and reliability, not cheap bulk junk.
  • No hidden blends — everything's right there on the label. That's how a no-nonsense performance product should be, especially when so many hide weak doses.
  • No stims by design — this is about muscle energy, not a caffeine kick. Take it anytime—morning, before or after gym, even at night—without messing with your energy or sleep.

NutraBio Creatine Burst by NutraBio contains 5g PharmaPure™ Creatine Monohydrate, a clinical dose for strength and power output.

Who Is This For?

  • Strength folks chasing steady gains who want a must-have daily without fancy extras. The 5 grams boosts phosphocreatine recharge, key for heavy lifts, hard sets, and tracking progress over time.
  • Bodybuilders in high-volume phases needing more from later sets, not just a bigger buzz. Creatine helps ATP comeback in repeats, keeping sessions strong and giving that fuller look from water in muscles.
  • Powerbuilders hitting numbers and looks, wanting something proven for both. A solid 5-gram dose backs strength, repeats, and muscle gains with good training.
  • Field or court athletes doing sprints, jumps, agility, and power work. Creatine monohydrate rocks for explosive repeats, fitting rugby, football, basketball, soccer, and more.
  • Fighters or functional trainers keeping output high in packed sessions. It cuts fade in short power bursts between rounds or moves, holding quality when tired.
  • Evening lifters avoiding stims that wreck sleep. This is stim-free and built for ongoing support, so daily use fits without the racing heart or insomnia.

How to Use

Take 1 scoop daily for 5 grams of creatine monohydrate. Consistency is key, since it saturates muscles over time, not from one dose.

On gym days, do it whenever you won't forget: pre, during, post, or with food. If you're new, start full scoop; no stims mean no need to half it unless you want. Mix in 8-16 oz water to taste, shake for smooth mix. Fine with meals, and good with carbs or post shakes for easy habits.

Stacks great with pres, proteins, hydrators, or recovery stuff—no stim overlaps. No cycling needed; daily long-term is the way. Keep it sealed, cool, and dry to stay fresh.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: mix and drink like any powder, but no rush, tingles, or quick kick. 10-40 minutes: still no big feel, since creatine builds up slow, not like caffeine.

Days 1-7: mostly just easy to take daily with 5 grams each time. Some notice steadier training or a bit more muscle fullness from water pull-in. Weeks 2-4: here's the payoff as stores build—better repeats, less fade in explosiveness, and workouts feel stronger overall. Muscles look fuller too. Long-term, it's your new normal for performance you hate losing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much creatine is in NutraBio Creatine Burst per serving?

Each serving provides 5 grams of PharmaPure™ creatine monohydrate. That is the standard clinically relevant daily dose used to support muscle creatine saturation, strength, power output, and repeated high-intensity exercise performance.

Is 5 grams of creatine monohydrate a clinical dose?

Yes. The research-backed maintenance range for creatine monohydrate is typically 3 to 5 grams daily, and 5 grams sits at the top end of that standard range. It is a fully serious dose, not a token inclusion.

Does NutraBio Creatine Burst contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. This formula is built around creatine monohydrate only, so it does not provide caffeine, stimulant energy, or a pre-workout rush. Its benefits come from gradual muscle saturation and improved ATP regeneration over time.

When should I take NutraBio Creatine Burst?

Take 1 scoop daily at whatever time helps you stay consistent. Pre-workout, post-workout, or with a meal all work because creatine's main benefit comes from daily saturation rather than a narrow acute timing window.

Do I need to load this creatine?

No loading phase is required to get results. You can simply take 5 grams daily and reach effective muscle saturation over time, typically within a few weeks. Some athletes choose to load faster, but consistent daily use is the simplest approach.

What does PharmaPure™ mean in this formula?

PharmaPure™ identifies the creatine monohydrate raw material used in the product. In a single-ingredient formula, named sourcing matters because it signals attention to ingredient identity and consistency rather than anonymous commodity blending.

Can I stack NutraBio Creatine Burst with a pre-workout?

Yes. This is one of the easiest products to stack because it contains only creatine monohydrate and no stimulants. It pairs well with caffeinated pre-workouts, pump formulas, electrolytes, intra-workout carbs, and protein powders.

What should I expect to feel from this creatine?

Most users do not feel a dramatic day-one effect, because creatine is not a stimulant. What you usually notice after consistent use is better repeat performance, slightly stronger later sets, improved training quality, and fuller-looking muscles from increased intracellular water retention.

Is this a good creatine for beginners?

Yes. A standalone 5-gram creatine monohydrate product is one of the best beginner-friendly sports nutrition choices because it is simple, evidence-based, and easy to use daily without navigating a complex formula.

Does this product have a proprietary blend?

No. The active formula is fully transparent, listing 5 grams of creatine monohydrate per serving. That is a major advantage in a category where some products hide active doses behind blended labels.

Fits nicely
I always prefer a dry fit shirt, because of the way it fits me, and falls on my frame. I find this shirt nicely tailored, and flattering for my body type. Just to give you a little perspective, I am 5 foot 11 and 195 lbs, with a muscular build. I chose the size large, and I find it fits me very well. I don't like shirts to look like they're painted on, and I want a little bit of looseness for comfort. I also like a shirt that is made from comfortable good breathing material, and this one checks all of those boxes. The large is not loose on me by any means, but it is a nice size for my frame. It's neither too loose, nor too tight, and straddles that Goldilocks sizing zone. The blue has a very nice look to it, with a little bit of black thread incorporated as well. So, it has this subtle two tone look to it throughout. The collar inlay has a different design pattern, which is also very nice. I could certainly see this shirt being a great golf shirt, and one that is flexible to accommodate my swing. All in all, I'm very happy with it, find it stylish, and would comfortably recommend it. The only thing I would mention, is that it did have a scent of what to me smelled like new car smell. It smells like that new fabric, when you sit in a car in the showroom. I suspect that'll go away with a wash or two, so it's not a big deal, neither is it off putting.

Comfortable, Stylish, and Easy to Maintain - at a GREAT Price!
I recently ordered the J.VER Men's Wrinkle-Free Stretch Polo Shirt, and it has quickly become a favorite in my wardrobe. The fabric is soft and breathable, making it perfect for warm weather. Its wrinkle-free feature means it looks crisp straight out of the dryer, saving me time on ironing. The moisture-wicking property keeps me dry throughout the day, and the stretch material allows for comfortable movement. Whether I'm heading to a casual outing or a business casual event, this polo fits the bill. The classic design pairs well with both jeans and slacks. Overall, this polo offers great quality and versatility at a ridiculously low price of $15! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish shirt at a tremendous value!

Comfortable and great looking shirt
I really like this polo shirt and thought it was so good that it was worth leaving a review. The material is very stretchy which makes it super comfortable to wear. Its excellent to play golf in and doesn't drag on the arms when you swing. I like the look and style of the shirt all around. The material is a little thin which makes it quite breathable and excellent for layering. The inner collar material adds a nice pop of style to an otherwise clean lined white shirt. It looks really good under a quarter zip. You'd be hard pressed to look at this shirt and say it isn't from one of the expensive name brands and feels just as nice too. The cut is just a bit generous in length and midsection, so not overly tight on a flat stomach and would work very well on someone with a little extra belly. The length is best suited to being tucked in and doesn't come untucked from moving around. If you want a more tailored fit I'd say size down because the shirt is so stretchy it would be very comfortable even if it was more snuggly fit. I have gotten a ton of polo shirts over the years and this is about as nice as they get at any price.

Hybrid polo shirt -- very comfortable
This seems to be a kind of "go anywhere, do anything" shirt that almost succeeds on every count. The fabric is quite thin and very stretchy--the same kind of fabric as a lightweight workout shirt. Definitely not a pique knit polo, or even a sturdy t-shirt knit. The collar is fabric, not ribbed. The quality of construction seems good. The fit is generous. I'm 6'1", 185 lbs, 33" waist and 42R jacket, and this shirt I'm wearing is a Medium. It's still quite loose all over. Could've even perhaps gone with a Small, certainly with this amount of stretch in the material, and it still wouldn't have hugged the body. This shirt design is most comfortable on me with only the top button undone. It can be worn with the top button done up (see pic) but the collar does tend to fold a bit when you wear it like that. The collar fabric isn't quite firm enough to hold its shape. Two buttons undone (see the other pic) is also an option, and that makes for a pretty wide collar. The shirt body is definitely long enough to wear tucked in for the golf course or office, but not so long (on me, at least) that it can't be left untucked for less formal occasions. And it must be a "luxury" shirt because the tape on the outside of the plastic box says so!

Excellent value, not too short
My husband is 5'11" and 200 pounds and typically wears a Large or X-Large (leaning more toward X-Large for waist, upper arms, and length). Based on the size chart, we got this in 2XL, and it fits perfectly. He has a long torso and likes to tuck in this style shirt, so length is often an issue, but not with this shirt. It is just the right length. It fits well around his chest, waist, and arms, too - just the right amount of looseness without looking sloppy. The fabric is not cotton; it is that sport material. It's just okay. We got the black, and it is like a heathered black or a super dark heathered gray. It almost looks like it has little metallic flecks in the photos, but in person, it doesn't look that way. Don't worry about it being flashy! He would never usually wear a 2XL, so I would say these run small and to size up 1-2 from your usual size. Most of all, though, follow the provided size chart.
