Built specifically for GM 2500HD and 3500HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L LML Duramax and Allison 1000 transmission, this direct bolt-in cooler installs using the factory mounting locations for a cleaner and easier installation process. The aerospace-grade aluminum bar plate construction, proprietary fin design, and dense fins-per-inch layout work together to deliver over 4 times the heat exchanging capacity compared to the stock cooler while maintaining minimal pressure drop. Fully welded internal splitter plates help prevent contamination between hot and cold side fluids for added durability and long-term reliability.
Featuring a dual-pass design, -10 AN female O-ring fittings, and a durable silver powder-coated finish with a heat-wicking compound, this cooler is built to handle towing, hauling, daily driving, and higher performance applications without sacrificing drivability. Measuring 27 inches long, 8.62 inches tall, and 2.25 inches deep, it offers serious cooling performance in a direct replacement package.
