While not being a classical vulnerary herb, chamomile has the wonderful ability to soothe inflammation, irritation and redness. Here it is combined with deeply nourishing and protective Australian macadamia and coconut oils. 

Leatherwood is a rare plant endemic to lutruwita/Tasmania. The First Nations of lutruwita/Tasmania applied its nectar the expedite healing of wounds. Our Salve benefits from the healing properties of leatherwood by including honey made from its pollen.

Hand-crafted

This salve is uniquely crafted using only Australian grown and expressed botanical oils and Australian organically grown herbs that we carefully turn into our house-made herbal extracts. We take enormous care to work with herbs that are seasonal. Our herbal extracts are prepared following the principles of Galenic formulation. 

Scent

Leatherwood honey and beeswax provide the salve with its specific scent with gentle undertones of chamomile. No essential oils are added so that even the most sensitive of skins can reap its healing benefits.

Texture

The salve contains a high amount of beeswax, which contributes to the salve's ultra protective powers. Despite the high beeswax content, the salve remains creamy and easy to spread. This is thanks to our unique hand-crafting approach.

How to use

Warm a small amount of the salve between your fingers and gently apply on your skin or lips.
