Story
My beautiful family and I moved back to Hazelton in the spring of 2004. It has been a treat to wake up on the banks of the Skeena River among the birch and cottonwood trees. This land of the Skeena is known as the land of the totems. Each totem is a story and represents thousands of years of history. The culture of the people here is full of stories handed down from the ancestors. The stories all tell of a connection to the land of values that have sustained people for thousands of years.
