11.25g greens blend with berries, phytonutrients, and digestive enzymes

Blackstone Labs JUICED UP is basically a berry-packed greens powder with some digestion help, not a super-detailed performance supplement. At the heart is an 11.25g proprietary Greens Blend in a 12.5g serving, made from berry and veggie powders like blueberry, black raspberry, mulberry, pineapple, bilberry, papaya, camu camu, broccoli, carrot, purple sweet potato, and acai extract, plus papain and bromelain to break down proteins and ease digestion. The idea is wide coverage of plant nutrients, easy flavor, and a chill daily vibe instead of high doses of one thing.

The big win is the blend size. That 11.25g greens mix is way bigger than the weak 2-5g blends you see everywhere, so JUICED UP actually shows up in your scoop. But it's a proprietary blend, so doses for each ingredient are hidden. That makes it tough to judge clinically. Stuff like blueberry, black raspberry, bilberry, acai, and purple sweet potato add polyphenols and anthocyanins—these are compounds that help with antioxidant protection and blood flow support. Bilberry stands out because studies look at 160-480mg doses for easing eye strain, especially if you're glued to screens. But with the dose unknown and mixed in, don't count on it matching those study levels exactly.

Mulberry is cool too. It has 1-deoxynojirimycin, or DNJ, which blocks alpha-glucosidase enzymes in your gut and can smooth out blood sugar and insulin jumps after eating. There's decent human research on mulberry leaf at certain doses, but again, the hidden amount here means we can't confirm it's at that level.

BSL Juiced Up by Blackstone Labs contains 7g Total Carbohydrate, a effective dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 11.25g Greens Blend per scoop — this is the real deal in a world of tiny greens add-ons. While others just sprinkle stuff for the label, this gives you a solid chunk of plant power.
  • Berry-focused phytonutrients — blueberry, black raspberry, bilberry, and acai extract deliver anthocyanins and polyphenols that help fight off daily stress. It's perfect if you want more than basic greens for your plant intake.
  • Bilberry in the mix — this berry has some solid research behind it. Studies show 160-480mg can help with eye fatigue, but remember, the exact dose here isn't listed.
  • Mulberry for metabolic support — its DNJ blocks alpha-glucosidase enzymes, slowing carb breakdown and easing post-meal sugar spikes. Undisclosed dose means we can't say it's full-strength, though.
  • Papain for breaking down proteins — from papaya, this enzyme chops big proteins into smaller bits, making digestion smoother, especially on high-protein days.
  • Bromelain for digestion and inflammation help — from pineapple, it aids protein digestion and has some studies on reducing swelling. Hidden dose keeps it as support, not a sure thing.
  • Varied produce for better coverage — broccoli, carrot, papaya, pineapple, camu camu, and purple sweet potato add different colors and compounds like carotenoids and antioxidants.
  • Camu camu for fruit antioxidants — this superfruit brings vitamin C and polyphenols. Even without the exact amount, it boosts the berry side of things.

Who Is This For?

  • Busy gym folks training after hours whose real food slips on long days. JUICED UP adds daily greens with fruit/veggie powders and enzymes to keep basics covered.
  • People who want easy greens and hate super-grassy tastes. Berries like blueberry, black raspberry, bilberry, and acai make it drinkable over chlorophyll bombs.
  • High-protein eaters needing greens with enzyme help. Papain and bromelain break proteins down for smoother digestion.
  • Desk workers, gamers, students staring at screens wanting antioxidant backup. Bilberry's anthocyanins may ease eye strain, but undisclosed dose means supportive, not targeted.
  • Travelers or shift workers with spotty produce. The 11.25g blend backs you up when fresh stuff is MIA.
  • Wellness fans skipping stimulants or complex stacks. This is about phytonutrients and digestion, not energy or pumps.

How to Use

Shake 1 scoop in 10-12 oz cold water—colder helps flavored greens go down better. Do it once a day, same time to build the habit. For digestion focus, pair with meals since papain and bromelain tackle proteins. For gap-filling, mornings are easy before chaos hits. If sensitive to sweeteners or enzymes, start half-scoop and build up. Stacks fine with creatine, protein, fish oil, multi, or electrolytes—no overlaps or stimulants. No cycling; it's for ongoing use. Store sealed, cool, dry, and use a shaker for best mix.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: you get the taste, sweetness, and stomach feel. 10-30 minutes: no energy spike; it's about easy digestion. Early uses might feel smoother than heavy greens thanks to berries and enzymes. Days 1-7: it's the habit win—regular plant compounds without diet roulette. Weeks 2-4: consistent use builds a solid base of fruit-veggie support. Long-term, it's stronger routines, not instant wow.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of product is Blackstone Labs JUICED UP?

JUICED UP is a flavored greens powder with an 11.25g proprietary blend of fruit and vegetable ingredients plus the digestive enzymes papain and bromelain. It is designed more for daily wellness, phytonutrient intake, and digestive support than for performance, pump, or stimulant energy.

How much of the greens blend do you get per serving?

Each 1-scoop serving provides 11.25 grams of the Greens Blend inside a 12.5 gram total serving. That is a meaningful total blend size for the category, although the label does not disclose how much of each individual ingredient is included.

Does JUICED UP fully disclose each ingredient dose?

No. The formula uses a proprietary Greens Blend, which means the total blend weight is listed but the amounts of blueberry powder, bilberry, mulberry, acai extract, bromelain, papain, and the other individual actives are hidden. That limits precise clinical dose analysis.

What are the digestive enzymes in JUICED UP supposed to do?

Papain and bromelain are proteolytic enzymes, meaning they help break down proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids. In practical use, they are included to support digestion and make the formula feel more functional around regular meals or higher-protein diets.

Is bilberry in JUICED UP useful for eye fatigue?

Bilberry is one of the more interesting ingredients in the blend because standardized bilberry extracts have moderate evidence for reducing eye fatigue, especially in people with high screen time. The important caveat is that JUICED UP does not disclose the bilberry dose, so you should view it as supportive rather than guaranteed research-matched dosing.

What does the mulberry in JUICED UP do?

Mulberry contains 1-deoxynojirimycin, or DNJ, which inhibits alpha-glucosidase enzymes in the small intestine. That can slow carbohydrate breakdown and help blunt post-meal blood sugar and insulin spikes, but the exact amount in this formula is not disclosed.

When should I take JUICED UP?

Most people will do best with 1 scoop daily in 10-12 ounces of water, either in the morning or with a meal. If you want to lean into the digestive-enzyme benefit from papain and bromelain, taking it around meals is a logical choice.

Does JUICED UP contain caffeine or stimulants?

Based on the verified formula provided here, no caffeine source is disclosed in the active ingredient panel. Despite metadata inconsistencies, this product should be viewed as a greens formula rather than a stim-forward supplement.

Can I stack JUICED UP with protein and creatine?

Yes. JUICED UP stacks cleanly with protein powder and creatine because it fills a different role—plant compounds and digestive support rather than direct performance output. It is a sensible daily wellness addition to a basic gym supplement stack.

Is JUICED UP a good replacement for fruits and vegetables?

No greens powder should be treated as a full replacement for a good diet. JUICED UP is better viewed as a convenient backup layer that helps fill gaps in produce intake when your whole-food consistency is not ideal.

Baby bumps and bodyguards
Format: Kindle
Dark, emotional, and unexpectedly tender, Not Ready is an omegaverse romance that delivers found family feels, fierce protectiveness, and a very pregnant heroine who refuses to break. Vale’s on the run from a stalker, but lands in the arms of three private security alphas, cue the swoony tension, fake marriage twist, and slow-burn heat. It’s a little gritty, a little soft, and a whole lot addictive. If you love protective alphas, high stakes, and heroines with quiet strength, this one’s a must-read.

Strong Omegaverse Comfort and a Attention Grabbing Plot
Format: Kindle
Jillian West never misses when it comes to Omegaverse, and Not Ready is no exception. This story was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and emotional depth while still delivering a strong plot. Vale is such a powerful heroine, she is strong, capable, and determined but I love that she still allows her pack to love and take care of her. It’s that balance of independence and vulnerability that makes her so relatable. The relationship dynamics were amazing: Bishop is steadfast and completely head over heels, Mercy is skeptical but protective in his own way, and Holt is the hesitant one whose slow fall is so satisfying to watch unfold. The romance hits that sweet spot between insta-love and cautious build, keeping me hooked the entire way through. And that ending. Oh my god, the cliffhanger! I need the next book in this duet immediately.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
So I will say I enjoyed the story, for sure had its moments where it dragged but it was a great story. I really liked that omegas picked their alphas/make the pack. Normally the Alphas make it and the omega fits in with them which is great but I enjoyed this new version where all the power basically went to the omega. It was a nice change of pace. I can admit some of the weird bedroom stuff with her being pregnant was odd, it’s really not hard to do stuff when pregnant (I know I’ve had two and it’s normal and even encouraged at the end especially if you want the baby out). But I like the story as a whole and will read the second, I do hope the next one isn’t dragged bc it stopped being action or tense after she met her alphas and I don’t think it was brought up or properly done when they tried to do it. More sweet after she left.

I’m a little disappointed.
Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.

4.25 stars
Format: Kindle
Vale is an 8 month pregnant omega working as a waitress at a strip club and a cam girl. She starts to get very creepy vibes from a regular at the club, and her baby daddy ghosted her. She has had an online relationship with a man named Bishop through her cam girl status. One night, bishop was paying to watch her sleep and ansthe creepy regular Andrew break in and watch her sleep he tells vale to come to him at his business now. She flees and finds herself at a large security company with some.hot of alphas who are there to help her. This imegaverse is a little different than I have read, but I am thoroughly enjoying it. Vale is not a traditional omega she was raised by a single beta mom, and the alphas are not normal alphas they have never really loved pack life. But they are ruthless mercenaries. They need her, and she needs them. I love the aspect of the stalker and now the plot twists at the end, so so good. Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.
