La linea Praedium si riferisce al praedium romano, al podere singolo, una radicata cultura vitivinicola portata avanti per generazioni dalla stessa famiglia. È in questi vigneti storici, siti in zone particolarmente vocate per la coltivazione di ciascun vitigno, che questi vini prendono forma dopo un'attenta vinificazione ed un accurato affinamento. L'Alto Adige Sauvignon DOC "Prail" di Praedium Colterenzio è un vino caratteristico, perfetto esempio dei grandi vini bianchi che questa zona è in grado di offrire.
