The kit includes the swival lever (#3852835) that mounts to the frame and the upper rod (#3842900) that goes to the steering column plus the mounting bushings, washers, pins, and clips. See L 12 020 for the swival stud that is welded to the frame. This kit fits all 1963 1964 powerglides EXCEPT the Super Sport setup.
