● Technique: Each design is crafted using up to 4 thread colours (from our available thread swatch) to bring your photo to life with clean, detailed embroidery. Any accompanying text will be stitched in 1 thread colour of your choice. Customise with your name, date, one of our template designs, or a simple logo to make your sweatshirt truly unique.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose Your Preferred Size: Select your desired size from the drop-down menu.

2. Choose Your Preferred Embroidery Location: Select your preferred embroidery location from the drop-down menu.

3. Upload Your Photo for the Front Top
Upload your photo at checkout, or email it to [email protected] after placing your order.

4. Specify Sweatshirt Colour, Thread, Artwork & Text:
- Sweatshirt Colour: Black, Grey, Beige, or Brown
- Thread Colour: Refer to the thread colour swatch photo
- Artwork Style #: Choose from our artwork templates for the Back of Sweatshirt.
- Text for Back (if applicable): Provide the exact text you’d like, following your chosen artwork style. Add any extra instructions in brackets ( ) if needed.

We send out your order when all items are ready. The delivery time varies based on your chosen shipping options and location. After shipping, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If there are no scans in the first 24 hours, don't worry—sometimes the system takes a day or so to catch up.

Our carriers estimate delivery times:

These factors include the load volumes of our shipping partners, deliveries to regional areas, and potential customs delays.
