Our handmade Yoshihiro Kasumi knives are crafted with extraordinary care by our master artisans, offering both exceptional craftsmanship and performance at an excellent value. Made from White Steel #2, with a Rockwell hardness of 62, the blade is forged with iron to create the distinctive Kasumi mist patterns, ensuring both beauty and performance.

The Yoshihiro Kasumi knives are complemented with a traditional Japanese-style handcrafted Magnolia wood (Octagonal-Shaped) handle, affixed with a Water Buffalo horn bolster, offering superior durability and balance.
