The CeraVe Hydrating Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30 feels much lighter on my skin than most mineral formulas I’ve used. It blends in nicely and gives my skin a natural, healthy appearance instead of leaving a white cast. At 75, foundation can be a real challenge, too heavy and it settles into fine lines, looking caked on, and it will make you look way older than you are! I've always leaned toward a natural finish anyway, so when I discovered this tinted moisturizer at such a great price I was super happy! For the most part, it delivers. It has a noticeable luminous finish that reads as "shiny" on my skin, and it won't do much to conceal age spots (though honestly, I'm fully aware, that's not what a tinted moisturizer is designed for.) A dab of concealer handles my brown spots and for the shine, a light dusting of mineral powder does the trick. The SPF is of course, a big bonus. If you're an active outdoors person who wants effortless, natural-looking light coverage without the weight of a foundation, this is it.
