Their Decaf Orange Pekoe is built on the same premium full-sized tea leaves as their regular Orange Pekoe - Orange Pekoe being a grade that refers to the size and quality of the leaf, not a flavour. The caffeine is removed using a methylene chloride process that keeps the character of the tea intact while stripping the caffeine to less than 0.2%.
