Priced per 10 lbs. We sort our crayfish BIG, and only offer the largest ones for sale. There are hundreds of species of crayfish, and our Minnesota crayfish that we catch in the wild, are considered medium to large size crayfish. Generally a bit smaller than the crayfish from Louisiana, but bigger than most other species. Our crayfish usually have medium to large size claws, which holds plenty of meat. We recommend ordering 1-3 lbs of crayfish for every dinner guest, depending on if you plan to serve other foods or not.
Size: Large-XL = Approximately 14-16 crayfish count per lb | $8.90 per lb.

These crustaceans have many names, all depending on where in the world you live. Here in Minnesota people like to call them crayfish. Others call them crawfish, crawdads, or just daddies :) But one thing we don't call them is mudbugs, because our crayfish don't live in the mud. The crayfish we trap up here in the north live in deep, clear and rocky inland lakes.
During the fishing season (mid May - early October) you can purchase our crayfish live. We offer free pick-up in Lakeland, MN (right off I94). Minimum order 10lbs. If you want cooked crayfish, please visit our new Food Truck!
