Il Chianti Rufina "I Domi" DOCG è un grande vino rosso toscano dal carattere pieno e profondo e dall’incredibile eleganza.

Dopo la vendemmia manuale, segue una fermentazione con le vinacce per circa 15 giorni in vasche di acciaio condizionate, per poi maturare, affinarsi e stabilizzarsi 12/14 mesi in botti di rovere di Slavonia e 6 mesi in bottiglia. In bocca è elegante, di bella struttura, sapido e dalla piacevole persistenza, Si abbina con carne rossa e formaggi, in particolare con risotto con sugo di carne, carne rossa in umido, pasta sugo di carne, carne arrosto e grigliata, risotto ai funghi, formaggi stagionati.
