The temple contains stone carvings of 64 Dakinis, ancient symbolic representations of the female principles of intuitive wisdom. The Dakinis are the guardians of the deeper mysteries of the self, and it is through them that the secrets of inner transformation are opened. Nik Douglas, a scholar of both Sanskrit and Tibetan, has drawn upon his extensive knowledge of Tantric mystical teachings to create a modern synthesis of their system of divination. The 65 cards in the deck are a collage of surrealistic images representing symbols and archetypes that are designed to affect both conscious and subconscious levels of perception. Created by artist Penny Slinger, the cards are a mirroring device that evokes subtle memories, sentiments, desires, or fears. Works like a charm

My gastroenterologist told me to take Benefiber, specifically, every day. I looked at a bunch of different kinds within the brand, and settled on this one because it seemed to have fewer ingredients I didn’t want. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they actually taste like candy my kids liked when they were younger.
Yes, they are gummy and stick together a bit, just like any other gummy product, but I had no problems getting them out of their container nor eating them, unlike some reviewers. I keep them in a cupboard in a spot where it’s always an average temp.
You can chew these or just let them dissolve in your mouth, something I do most often. I take them one by one after a meal, letting them slowly melt as I do other things before brushing my teeth.
The best thing? They actually work. You should definitely start small and slowly increase to what is prescribed to you. It makes the process easier and more pleasant. My digestion seems to be better, and I no longer have constipation, just normal, average, healthy stool. They are an expense at the amount my doctor has me on, but they’re worth every penny to not have the awful pain and nausea I had before I started taking them. Highly recommend.

I've tried a number of different competing products in this space and found these to be the right combination of tastes good and works well. I do recommend!
If they stick together in the container the probably got hot somewhere along the way to your house. Try freezing them and tapping the container ona counter. Should help break them apart.
