The 5116R-001 has a round rose gold case that is 36mm in diameter and 7.9mm thick with an exhibition case back, a sapphire crystal and has the 1980s classic design rose gold, fixed hobnail bezel. The dial is made of enamel and colored white with a small seconds sub-dial, roman numeral hour markers and Feuille black hour markers. The 5116R-001 is a powered by the 215 PS caliber which is hand-wound with small seconds functionality and a power reserve of up to 44 hours. The case is paired with a black leather strap with a rose gold pin buckle closure. It has a water resistance of 30 meters (98 feet).
