Our SoftFLEX (COB) series of flexible LED creates a seamless, diffused, soft output without the ability to see any pixels unlike our traditional FlexLED strips. The innovative design does not show any hot spots, or dark spots making it ideal in locations where you may be able to see the LED or its reflection. The SoftFLEX 528 is only 5MM in width which makes it suitable for narrow locations. Using chip-on-board (COB) technology the phosphor coating also acts as the diffuser creating pixel-free light output. Industry leading CRI 95+ white light available in a variety of colour temperatures this LED is deal for on-camera use, museum lighting or anywhere a high colour rendering white light is required. Reliable, high efficacy and high heat dissipation ensuring a long life-span.
Cuttable every 4.52CM (1.78”) the SoftFLEX 528 is extremely customizable and is a perfect solution for countless lighting challenges.
Indoor and weatherproof strips have 3M double-sided tape on the back which makes installation as easy as peel n stick.Waterproof must be mounted using silicone (not provided).
Soldering Guidelines: Soldering iron should be between 360°C and 372°C. Please ensure not to heat each solder pad for longer than 3 seconds otherwise separation of the solder pads can occur.

Important: due to the high LED density, cutting exactly on the cutting lines (+/-0.2mm) is critical, otherwise you may damage the LED segment.
