Ordering Process:
1. Choose the size & color of your pendant
2. Upload your image
3. Design Confirmation: Within 24-48 hours, we'll email you a 3D Mockup (CAD) of your pendant. You can make unlimited revisions until satisfied.
4. Manufacturing: After you approve the design, our team starts crafting your custom pendant.
5. Progress Updates: We will keep you informed with photos and videos during the manufacturing process (upon request).
6. Shipping: Once complete, your pendant is shipped and delivered to you within 4 business days.
