ENSGLISH DESCRIPTION The long-awaited narrative debut of award-winning poet Sara Torres: a memoir about mourning, desire and love between women, mothers, and daughters. "A luminous book. It weaves together, in a preciously and uniquely narrative, everything crossing and hurting us." --Maria Sanchez While her mother dies of cancer in a northern city, the protagonist is making love with a woman in a hotel in Barcelona. She will catch a flight to visit her mother the next morning, but she is already late. Shortly after, her lover abruptly and definitively disappears. Her partner returns from London to live with her in a small apartment by the sea, trying to calm and sustain her, while she cries for a mother and longs for a lover. "To love is to love always after my mother. I can't talk to mom, and I can't talk to Her either. My life has been suspended by the interruption of those two conversations." The author catches up on these dialogues, investigating the limits of abandonment and longing, trying to understand a mother who marked the life of her daughter with her overwhelming way of loving. The narrative debut of award-winning poet Sara Torres combines lyricism and honesty to navigate grief, love and desire, her quests and her losses. The result of this journey is a map of the many cracks that make us human; an invitation to caress without fear the scars that make us who we are.

made well
Fit Type: Regular, Size: Large, Color: Iced Light Wash
I couldn't get this in my size (medium) so I ordered large. it's a little large in the shoulders, but it still looks good. it is a well made, substantial jacket. I love it!

Very nice dress that can be dressy or casual
Substantial fabric that’s not see through and doesn’t wrinkle
Great value
Fit is flattering
I know it good when my husband notices and says it’s nice!
Update … I liked the dress so much I ordered 2 more in different colors
Only caveat is the pink floral one is actually red
The background is definitely not pink

Beautiful colorful dress
Size: XX-Large, Color: Hot Pink Leafy Floral Ditsy
This dress has beautiful, heavy fabric so it falls nicely but still has nice stretch. It is lightweight and comfortable. I’m 5’3” and it falls about mid-calf on me. I would definitely recommend this dress to others. I believe it fits true to size.

Simply Lovely and Versatile
Size: Large, Color: Navy
I bought this in navy for a family photo shoot. It's good quality, travels well (medium weight; no wrinkles) and works in all but really hot weather. I also wore it as a duster a few days later. As a result, I returned to purchase the emerald green.

So close!
Size: XX-Large, Color: Navy
This dress exceeded my expectations, but the deal breaker for me is no pockets! I can't believe I missed that.
The fabric is impressive for polyester. It seems relatively breathable, and it's a very nice mid weight that flows and drapes well. It is smooth and conceals lumps and bumps. The buttons are well made, and the placket does not gap. I ordered the navy blue and it's exactly as expected.
Size XXL is exactly right for me at 48/40/50 and 5'6". It hits about 4" below my knee. I would prefer shorter at the knee for easier to wear as a duster.
I wish it had pockets!
