This bundle includes 1 x Chromalux® full spectrum incandescent infrared R30 red light bulb and a specialized heat-radiating ceramic reflector lamp with a protective grill covering.
Red and infrared light comprises the last portions of the light spectrum, with red light being the last part of the visible light spectrum, and infrared being the very beneficial invisible light energy our sun provides. Near and mid-infrared light is not visible to the human eye, but instead is felt as radiant heat and holds many benefits for our overall health and the health of our mitochondria, commonly known as the "energy generators" of our cells.
Red light will give you a concentrated dose of the sun's healing power without any of the blue light and UV light present in actual sunlight.
Pro Tip: You may also use this bulb as a red light bulb in the evening when not actively using it for therapeutic purposes. Let this be your sole light source in the evening an hour before bedtime, and the complete absence of green and blue light wavelengths will allow you to doze off peacefully into a deep slumber!
This lamp only accommodates up to 150W bulbs. We do not suggest using our 250W incandescent infrared therapy bulb in this model.
