Sea Salt is extracted naturally by solar methods (poly tunnels) in the remote and pristine Highlands of Scotland. (Isle of Skye Sea Salt). This leads to a sea salt base which is softer, more delicate and naturally sweeter than sea salts extracted in hot pans or ovens.
