6g Citrulline, 3.2g Beta-Alanine, Only 100mg Caffeine

Bucked Up 100 Series is a chill pre-workout that keeps the good parts but dials back the stims. It doesn't fake it with tons of caffeine. Instead, it hits you with real doses for pumps and stamina, plus a easy 100mg caffeine to get you going without overdoing it. If you want to crush your workout, stay focused, and actually sleep later, this is way smarter than those heavy stim bombs.

At the heart is 6,000mg of Citrulline Malate 2:1. That's a solid dose backed by studies. Citrulline turns into arginine better than taking arginine straight, which ramps up nitric oxide for better blood flow. In the gym, that means bigger pumps and more nutrients getting to your muscles. The malate part helps with energy production too. This isn't some weak amount – it really delivers.

You've got 3,200mg Beta-Alanine, the real deal for building up carnosine in your muscles. Carnosine helps buffer acid that builds up and makes you burn out during tough sets. It's best for intense stuff lasting a minute to ten, like high-rep lifting or conditioning circuits. This works best when you take it every day to load up.

For that mental edge, there's 200mg AlphaSize® Alpha GPC. This provides choline to make acetylcholine, which helps with focus and muscle control. 200mg is a good amount to sharpen things up without going overboard; it makes your mind-muscle link feel stronger.

Key Highlights

  • 6,000mg Citrulline Malate 2:1 – this dose really pumps you up. Citrulline boosts arginine and nitric oxide better than plain arginine, giving you better blood flow and that full, hard muscle feel during lifts.
  • 3,200mg Beta-Alanine – a full-on dose, not just for show. This is what you need daily to build carnosine in muscles, buffering acid so you can push through high reps without crashing early.
  • 100mg Caffeine Anhydrous – just enough to fire you up without the jitters. For a lot of people, this hits the spot for energy without feeling wiped out later.
  • 200mg AlphaSize® Alpha GPC – a quality choline source for better focus and muscle connection. It boosts acetylcholine, helping you stay locked in and make reps count.
  • Full-disclosure label – everything's listed out with exact doses. In a world of hidden blends, this lets you check it against real info, not hype.
  • Lower caffeine, but still built for performance – focuses on pumps, stamina, and focus instead of dumping it all on stims. Way better for everyday use and keeping your caffeine in check.
  • Synephrine HCl at 40mg – adds a nice kick to the low-stim vibe. Makes the energy feel stronger than just the caffeine alone.
  • AstraGin® and ActiGin® thrown in – these are cool add-ons for a modern mix. AstraGin® helps absorb nutrients better, and ActiGin® supports your output in this straightforward formula.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys building muscle with volume training who want huge pumps, more reps, and clean energy without killing caffeine tolerance. 6g citrulline malate and 3.2g beta-alanine nail blood flow and fatigue for those sessions.
  • Morning warriors who sip coffee and don't want pre's pushing caffeine too high. 100mg gives a nice boost while leaving room for the day's intake.
  • After-work trainers needing workout help without ruining sleep. Keeps pumps and stamina solid with sleep-friendly stims.
  • Folks who get jittery from stims but like pre-workout feels. Low caffeine with AlphaSize® Alpha GPC keeps it smooth and focused.
  • Conditioning fans doing intervals, circuits, or sprints. 3.2g beta-alanine helps buffer acid in that 1-10 minute zone.
  • Everyday lifters chasing better form and feel over max hype. AlphaSize® Alpha GPC, citrulline malate, and light caffeine make training click.

How to Use

Stir 1 scoop into 8–12 oz cold water and down it 20–30 minutes pre-workout. Caffeine hits fast, and pumps need that lead time. If stims bug you, try half first – especially with caffeine plus 40mg synephrine HCl. Shaker helps it mix smooth; cold water tastes better. Empty stomach for quicker kick, or eat light an hour before if stims hit hard. Skip stacking with other stim stuff unless you're tracking totals. Goes well with creatine, intra carbs, or electrolytes. Use daily for beta-alanine benefits, but take breaks to keep caffeine fresh. Store sealed and dry to keep it clumpless.

What to Expect

Minutes 0–10: mixes easy, no gut bomb from extras like creatine. Minutes 10–20: caffeine starts working, tingles possible from beta-alanine if you're sensitive – totally normal at 3.2g. Minutes 20–40: best zone with sharp focus, steady energy, and pumps building from citrulline. Minutes 40–90: energy stays even, not the wild ups and downs of high-stims. Days 1–7: feel the quick hits from energy, focus, and pumps. Weeks 2–4: beta-alanine shines as carnosine builds, making tough sets easier to handle.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Bucked Up 100 Series?

Each 1-scoop serving provides 100mg of caffeine anhydrous. That is substantially lower than most mainstream pre-workouts, which often land in the 200–350mg range, making this a better fit for stim-sensitive users, evening training, or anyone already getting caffeine from coffee.

Is Bucked Up 100 Series still effective with only 100mg caffeine?

Yes, because the formula does not rely on caffeine alone to do all the work. It includes 6,000mg citrulline malate for pump and blood flow, 3,200mg beta-alanine for carnosine loading and fatigue resistance, and 200mg AlphaSize® Alpha GPC for focus support.

Will this give me the beta-alanine tingles?

Probably, especially if you are new to beta-alanine. The formula contains 3.2g, which is the standard clinical dose, and that amount commonly produces temporary tingling or flushing known as paresthesia; it is harmless and usually fades as the session gets going.

Is the 6g citrulline malate dose actually good?

Yes. 6g citrulline malate is a strong pre-workout dose and meaningfully better than the 3–4g range often seen in average formulas. It supports nitric oxide production and vasodilation, which is why this product can still deliver a real performance feel without high caffeine.

Can I stack Bucked Up 100 Series with creatine?

Absolutely, and it makes sense to do so because this formula is creatine-free. Adding 3–5g of standalone creatine monohydrate daily complements the beta-alanine and citrulline by supporting phosphocreatine regeneration and repeated high-output performance.

Is this a good pre-workout for beginners?

For many beginners, yes. The lower 100mg caffeine dose is easier to tolerate than high-stim formulas, but because it also contains synephrine HCl and full-dose beta-alanine, new users should still start with half a scoop to assess response.

How does this compare to regular higher-stim pre-workouts?

The main difference is the stimulant burden, not the basic performance intent. Bucked Up 100 Series gives you meaningful pump and endurance support with a much more controlled caffeine dose, so it feels smoother and is often easier to recover from and sleep after.

Do I need to take this every day for full benefits?

If you want the full payoff from beta-alanine, consistency matters more than timing perfection. Beta-alanine works by gradually increasing muscle carnosine over weeks, so regular use is more effective than taking it only once in a while.

What does AlphaSize® Alpha GPC do in this formula?

AlphaSize® Alpha GPC provides choline, a precursor used to make acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in focus and muscle contraction signaling. At 200mg, it adds a clean focus component that pairs well with the lower caffeine level.

Is this formula fully transparent?

Yes. There are no proprietary blends, so every active ingredient and every dose is printed on the label. That makes it much easier to judge the formula honestly against clinical research and category standards.

Perfect for home or traveling
Color: White
This is my second water floss, product, and by far the best. Yes, the water reservoir is not as large as some of the others, but it is perfectly adequate. Easy to use, has three different settings, that are easy to change. Definitely enough power to get all the food out from between my teeth. I use this when I had braces, and I use it now with my retainer, so that my teeth are always clean. I like the design, and the fact that it doesn’t have a tube to suck the water. The charge lasts for an extended period of time and recharging is very quick. I can go two to three weeks, and it’s still got a good charge to it. Highly recommend.

Surprisingly Great!
Color: Black
I’m writing this review because I am actually Overly satisfied with this product. There are many high quality brands that have similar “water flossers” with high price tags. The price on this was relatively inexpensive so I decided to try it knowing Amazon’s great return policy. I’ve had it for just over a week and I’m borderline addicted to how good my teeth feel after using this along with normal brushing and mouthwash. It’s a legit “just left the dentist feeling” I can say for the price it is a good value and works great. This comes with a few extra standard heads, a specialized head with small brush for braces and a tongue scraper. I primarily use the standard head which is just a small jet that allows you to shoot the water stream between your teeth. I also have used the tongue scraper just to try it and it’s not bad. Allows you to scrape your tongue while a stream of water cleans and rinses. Anyone who flosses regularly knows it sucks and can be gross. Let’s face it, you are ripping old food out of your teeth. It’s a necessary evil for a healthy mouth. I used the small plastic floss picks for a while and they do a decent job. Dental hygienists usually argue it’s not the same but I think it’s better than not flossing at all. Now my routine is a quick floss with the floss picks followed by this water flosser - and it’s fantastic. The unit is well made and has a few different modes. I stick to the standard mode which is a constant jet of water. It’s aggressive and can be intimidating at first so here are some tips I think will help: 1. I use slightly warm water. Cold water blasted at your teeth is not fun. Warm water is a way better experience. The reservoir is easy to fill right from the sink. 2. It will take a couple tries to figure exactly how to use it. If you just hit the power button it will jet water everywhere before you get it in your mouth. My suggestion is put it in your mouth, aim the head between your teeth, close your mouth and then hit the power button. Once it starts you just move it from tooth to tooth between your teeth. Once you get the hang of it it’s great. I do my top teeth, spit out, then do the bottom row and spit out. I follow it up with brushing and mouthwash. Literally the fresh from the dentist feeling. 3. The reservoir is small so it runs out quickly but it’s so easy to refill I wouldn’t call it an issue. If it were larger it would be bulky and the other brands that have a big tank and hose are just too much to deal with. After a week of using I can quickly do all my teeth with one fill. I usually do a second round as well because im addicted. 4. Be careful of turning it on when it’s not in your mouth. The jet is strong and could shoot you in the eye. Not joking. 5. It may be awkward at first but once you get used to doing it you get better at it and it’s much easier. The power button is your friend. I turn it on and off to control the jetting to get more time out of the reservoir and to prevent spraying everywhere. 6. It has a USB charger and it works well. It seems to go almost a week without charging and I use twice a day sometimes - because I’m addicted. Overall it’s great value for the low price. I’m Not sure how long it will last but I would definitely get another one if this one failed.

Long-Term Review – Still Works Like New After Months of Daily Use
Color: Black, Color: Black
I purchased the Nicwell Water Dental Flosser in June 2024, and I’ve been using it consistently ever since. I wanted to wait before reviewing so I could speak to durability and battery life — and I’m glad I did. Performance: This flosser does a very thorough job cleaning between teeth and along the gumline. It removes debris that traditional string floss sometimes misses and leaves my mouth feeling noticeably fresher. The pressure is strong enough to deep clean but not uncomfortable. Modes & Usability: The different modes are useful depending on how sensitive your gums feel. Switching between them is simple, and the controls are straightforward. It’s lightweight and easy to handle, even in the shower. Battery Life (Very Impressive): One of the standout features is the battery. Months later, it still holds a charge just like it did when I first bought it. I don’t have to recharge it often, and charging is quick and easy. Build Quality: The unit feels solid and well-made. I haven’t experienced leaks, power issues, or performance decline. It still operates like new. Who It’s Great For: • Anyone who struggles with traditional floss • People with sensitive gums • Those wanting a portable option for travel • Anyone looking to upgrade their oral hygiene routine I haven’t had any problems with it, and it’s been consistent since day one. For the price and quality, I think it’s a great investment in daily dental care. Highly recommend.

Some drawbacks but overall Good- BUY SEPARATE CHARGING CORD
Color: Black
I have had this for about a week now and here are my takes so far: You have to order the charging cord separately which is weird, but I was able to get out delivered quickly with Amazon Prime so just know to do this when you order. Pros: The price! The water tank is surprisingly large compared to WaterPik and you can definitely use it for longer to clean because of this. There are lots of different options for water strength and different tips that come with the device In the first week it has worked fine. Cons: It is a little too easy to accidentally hit a button and change the water pulse when you are holding it- I have to be very conscious of where my hand is so I don’t get the super strong flow (it is very strong) The little door where you add water to the tank is at the bottom and seems like out would be easy to knock it off accidentally when open. I did do this once but nothing broke so I was able to snap it back on easily. I dropped the device about six inches into my sink (all of these devices can be slippery) and the tank got nudged off, but I was able to easily re-attach it so no real problems there. There is a little detached plug you use to cover the charging connection and it seems like it would be so easy to lose the little thing. 🤞🏼 OVERALL: I would buy again as overall it works well, and the last WaterPik I bought died after 2 weeks (so I don’t trust those anymore). Just be mindful of how you hold it, and watch out for the little tank door and the little rubber charging cover!

2+ Years of Use and Still Going Strong!
Color: Black
I’ve had this Nicwell Cordless Water Flosser since July 2023, and it has been incredibly reliable. After nearly two years of daily use, I’ve never had any battery issues or pressure problems, which is usually the first thing to go on these portable units. Why it’s been a great buy: Dependable Power: The 1400-1800 pulses per minute feel just as strong today as they did on day one. It’s perfect for getting deep between teeth and along the gumline. Long Battery Life: Even after two years, the rechargeable lithium battery holds a charge for a long time. I don't find myself constantly reaching for the charging cable. Truly Portable: It’s lightweight and easy to pack for trips, yet it performs like a full-sized countertop model. 4 Versatile Modes: The "Clean" and "Custom" modes are my favorites for a thorough deep clean. If you want a water flosser that actually lasts more than a few months, this is the one. It’s durable, consistent, and well worth the investment!
