Step into the absolute cutting edge of mutant evolution with this high-grade collection of recent Marvel Comics first printings. This highly curated 4-book lot brings together a phenomenal, sequential trio of issues from the acclaimed breakout series Exceptional X-Men alongside a flagship milestone from the core X-Men ongoing title. Written by industry heavyweights Eve L. Ewing and Jed MacKay, this set features the jaw-dropping visual mastery of Carmen Carnero, David Marquez, and Nao Fuji.

This lot collects an action-packed mutant run spanning Exceptional X-Men #7, #12, and #13, perfectly paired with X-Men #14.

All four books are in pristine, brand-new, and unread condition—making this collection an exceptional pickup for dedicated X-Men completionists, mutant continuity speculators, or independent retail store owners looking to add fast-moving, shelf-ready modern sets straight onto their storefront displays or digital sales walls.

The Comic Book Lineup

I. The Exceptional X-Men Core Run (Issues #7, #12, and #13 Set)

Under the guiding hands of original trilogy icons, a new generation of young mutants struggles to find their footing, navigate their emerging gifts, and survive in a world that has once again grown deeply hostile to their kind.

  1. Exceptional X-Men #7 (2025) — Cover A First Printing: A crucial mid-series turning point! The operational boundaries and tactical stakes heat up for the team's young roster as outside political pressures threaten to fracture their safe haven. Features a crisp, high-gloss standard retail Cover A that commands immediate attention.

  2. Exceptional X-Men #12 (2025) — Cover A First Printing: The high-stakes endgame approaches. Written by Eve L. Ewing, this hot recent issue pushes the squad's unique combined power sets to an absolute strategic breaking point as an embedded threat finally reveals its face.

  3. Exceptional X-Men #13 (2025) — Carmen Carnero Cover A First Printing: A spectacular, sequential continuation featuring a museum-grade main cover illustrated by superstar artist Carmen Carnero (Captain America, X-Men Red). Carnero’s sleek, highly kinetic visual design perfectly captures the escalating emotional and physical toll on the young team.

II. The Flagship X-Men Milestone

  1. X-Men #14 (2025) — David Marquez Main Cover A First Printing: Fast-forward to the primary engine of modern mutant continuity! Written by Marvel architect Jed MacKay (The Avengers), this blockbuster issue features the breathtaking, world-class linework and cover art of industry titan David Marquez (Ultimate Spider-Man, Civil War II). The flagship squad faces a global tactical nightmare, making this hot first printing an absolute must-have anchor for modern longbox investors.

Not too thick and durable and sturdy.
Color: Rustic Brown, Size: 24"W x 6.7"D, 3 Pack
Just before I purchased these 3 I bought 2 sets of 2 larger ones. The color is exactly what I was needing. They are packaged together so no scratches or damage. My husband (the installer) says they are easy enough to install. They are perfect for a diy update, durable and hold plenty of weight for their size. Happy happy customer

Good quality for the price
Color: Black, Size: 30"W x 6.7"D, 3 Pack, Color: Black, Size: 30"W x 6.7"D, 3 Pack
Seamless floating shelves that look and feel great. I opted to use different drywall anchors since I didn't trust the ones that came with the product. I have bad drywall and no studs where I was mounting so that doesn't fall back onto the product. The shelves are true to size and have held up great. The shelves themselves aren't too heavy so it leaves some room to add weight onto them. I used the 30in long shelf on the left and 24in long shelf on the right to create a nice corner shelf. There are additional screws on the bottom the keep the shelves from moving off the bracket.
