For downhill mode the front jaw section is clicked back onto the base plate, quadruple secured by the Auto Quad Lock technology. Now the toe piece works just like an alpine toe with all of its advantages! The heel is the latest generation of lightweight Hollow Linkage heels. Clear, straight forward, and authoritative
Format: Paperback
Excellent, straightforward information about how to stay safe at the crag. Every guy who's put his hand on a rock has an opinion about how to set anchors, belay, etc -- this book gives you the answers on how to do things the right way. Spend the 10 or 15 bucks and read the book. It might save your life.

Wow. Just finished reading this series. I agree that of the three books, this is the most accessible. Beautifully written and put me in mind of bardos in The Tibetan Book of the Dead. A great read. I’ll keep this book for a long time.
