How to modulation it: 1. Using the cap with the volume scale, pour 10ml of the concentrate. 2. Then pour 50ml of distilled water and 10ml of concentrate into a 60ml eyelash shampoo bottle. 3. Close the lid, shake well, squeeze out the eyelash shampoo and you're done. (Please mix the concentrate and water in a ratio of 1:5 or 1:4) Tips: FUse only on eyelids and lashes.
