5g BCAAs with solid hydration help to push through longer workouts

Redcon1 Breach is a no-stim amino and hydration mix that's all about keeping your workouts solid: hold onto your performance, stay hydrated, and keep muscle signals going strong during tough sessions. It's not a loaded pre-workout with everything thrown in. Instead, it's straightforward with 5g of BCAAs in the classic 2:1:1 split, backed by ingredients that help keep your training consistent as you get tired and sweat.

At the heart are the BCAAs: 2.5g leucine, 1.25g isoleucine, and 1.25g valine. Leucine is the star that kicks off muscle building by flipping the mTORC1 switch – that's the signal for protein synthesis. 2.5g is a good spot for that around workouts, especially if your meals aren't packed with top-notch protein. Isoleucine helps with getting glucose into muscles, and valine aids in keeping nitrogen balanced and fighting fatigue. Together, they work better than leucine solo. Studies show BCAAs can cut down on muscle damage and soreness in the right setups, but let's be real: they're not a sub for full proteins or all essential aminos. Think of them as a smart tool for during workouts.

What makes this stand out is the hydration part, way better than plain BCAAs. 1g glycerol acts like a sponge, helping your body hold water when you drink enough. Sure, big studies use way more for super hydration, but 1g still helps in a mix like this. 1g taurine adds to that by balancing fluids and cell size. Taurine is an osmolyte, which means it helps control water in cells.

Redcon1 Breach BCAAs by Redcon1 contains 2.5g Leucine, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 2,500mg L-Leucine – the main player in BCAAs that kicks off muscle building signals via mTORC1. At 2.5g, it's in that sweet spot for sparking protein synthesis during your session.
  • Full 5g BCAA setup in 2:1:1 ratio – 2.5g leucine, 1.25g isoleucine, and 1.25g valine. This ratio is the go-to because leucine leads, while the others help with energy use, glucose, and beating tiredness better than just leucine.
  • 1,000mg taurine – a real dose that actually helps, not just for show. It works as an osmolyte to balance fluids and cell volume, and studies back it for boosting endurance.
  • 1,000mg glycerol – added to help keep fluids in and cells hydrated. Big hydration studies use more, but 1g is a smart add-on in an intra-workout drink like this.
  • 340mg potassium – a solid amount for hydration in training. It keeps nerves firing, muscles contracting, and the energy flow going for repeated efforts.
  • 160mg sodium – key for holding onto fluids and staying hydrated while you train. It keeps blood volume up and helps water get where it needs to go, better than water alone.
  • 1,000mg coconut water powder – brings natural hydration vibes. It works with the sodium and potassium instead of being the only electrolyte source, which is a smart move.
  • No stims for clean support – zero caffeine means no crash or sleep issues. Great for late workouts or stacking with your pre without overdoing it.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters training fasted mornings who want aminos without a full meal. 2.5g leucine and 5g BCAAs support muscle signals, taurine, glycerol, and electrolytes keep it less draining.
  • Bodybuilders or physique folks doing high-volume work. Great when keeping pumps, hydration, and steady performance from first to last set beats a caffeine high.
  • Athletes in heat or sweaty spots where dehydration kills output. Sodium, potassium, taurine, glycerol, and coconut water powder fit those sessions perfect.
  • People with a separate pre who need stim-free intra to boost. Layers well, adding aminos and hydration without extra caffeine.
  • Casual lifters on a cut wanting workout help between meals. BCAAs help hold training quality and fight breakdown when calories are low.
  • Combat, CrossFit, or mixed athletes blending lifts and cardio. Hydration from glycerol and electrolytes plus taurine's endurance make it better than basic aminos.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop with 16-24 oz water, start sipping 10-15 minutes before training and keep going through. It's not a stim thing needing a pre-hit; best when aminos, electrolytes, and hydration are there the whole time. Less water for stronger flavor, but more helps performance since glycerol, taurine, sodium, and potassium need fluids. Shaker helps mix, especially with glycerol. Fine not on empty stomach, great for fasted training as it's light. Stacks with creatine, pre, or protein. No cycling needed, no stims. Keep sealed, cool, and dry to avoid clumps.

What to Expect

First 5-10 minutes, it's just a light drink that's easy to sip, not heavy. 10-20 minutes in, no caffeine kick, but hydration starts helping as you train and drink more. 20-45 minutes, that's where it shines: BCAAs flowing, taurine, glycerol, sodium, and potassium keeping muscles pumped and sessions stable. 45-90 minutes, big difference in tough or sweaty workouts where water alone fails. First week, better hydration feel stands out. Over 2-4 weeks, you'll see consistent sessions, especially fasted, hot, or high-volume ones.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many BCAAs are in Redcon1 Breach per serving?

Each 1-scoop serving provides 5g total BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio: 2.5g leucine, 1.25g isoleucine, and 1.25g valine. That gives you a meaningful leucine dose with the full branched-chain trio rather than leucine alone.

Is Redcon1 Breach a pre-workout?

Not in the stimulant sense. It is better classified as a stim-free amino and hydration formula designed to be used before or during training to support muscular endurance, hydration, and peri-workout amino intake.

Does Redcon1 Breach contain caffeine?

No. Based on the verified formula provided, this product is stimulant-free, making it suitable for evening training or stacking with a separate caffeinated pre-workout.

What does the 1g taurine do in this formula?

Taurine functions as an osmolyte involved in fluid balance and cellular hydration, and human research also supports endurance benefits. In practical terms, it helps this formula do more than a standard BCAA drink by supporting hydration and workout smoothness.

Is 1g glycerol enough to matter?

It is a supportive dose, not a full standalone hyperhydration protocol. Clinical glycerol hyperhydration studies generally use much larger bodyweight-based doses, but 1g still makes sense here as part of a broader matrix with taurine, sodium, potassium, and fluid intake.

Can I use Redcon1 Breach while fasted?

Yes, that is one of the most practical use cases for it. The BCAA blend supplies targeted amino support around training without the heaviness of a full protein shake or meal.

Should I use this instead of whey protein or EAAs?

No. Breach is a BCAA product, not a complete protein or full-spectrum EAA formula. It works best as a peri-workout support product, while total daily protein intake should still come from complete protein sources.

When is the best time to take Redcon1 Breach?

Most users will get the best results by starting 10-15 minutes before training and sipping it through the session. That timing matches the formula's hydration and intra-workout support design better than taking it all at once long before exercise.

Can I stack Redcon1 Breach with creatine?

Yes. Creatine covers phosphocreatine energy support, while Breach covers intra-workout amino and hydration support, making the two complementary rather than redundant.

Does this formula have proprietary blends?

No. The formula is fully transparent, with every active ingredient and its dose disclosed on the label, which is a major advantage in the amino category.

A Spa-tacular Addition to My Bathroom Oasis!
Size: 24in-Shelve
Perfect Statement Piece for My Spa-Like Bathroom! I know this review is super delayed~I’ve been living out of the country, and only just got around to installing this beautiful shelving unit. But wow, it was worth the wait! I hung it in my bathroom above the jacuzzi tub where I have vaulted ceilings and a skylight, and it fits perfectly. It adds the perfect industrial-chic touch I was looking for. I use it to store all my bath oils, salts, and candles, and it’s transformed the space into a relaxing, elevated sanctuary. The quality is fantastic and it was easy to install. Honestly, it looks like something out of a spa catalog. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom with both function and style!

Great deal for the money, look sharp, and very sturdy
Size: 32in-Shelves, Size: 32in-Shelves
I was looking to create pipe shelves in our living room. After spending some time researching prices for pipe and wood, I determined that I would save money by buying a couple sets of these shelves. When the shelves came in, I was happy to learn that they were indeed good quality and easy to assemble. They come with mounting hardware, but I’d recommend better mounts for the walls than the ones supplied. Overall, I love the look of these shelves. The wood is described as reclaimed, but it’s pretty much cheap, light wood with a stain. They still look good and are sturdy. The pipes has some silver paint brushed on them to give them a distressed look. I thought it was actually a little cheesy looking, but I happened to have iron-colored spray paint, so I just respirated them.

Looks good but the wall anchors is TRASH!
Size: 3-tier shelves, Size: 3-tier shelves
The product is heavy and sturdy once you get it up completely. The issue I have is with the instructions... 1. The 5/16 drill bit is recommends is WAY TO BIG. The Anchors it comes with will slip right through. The screws that is comes with are WAY TO SMALL for the weight. I recommend getting better ones from the hardware store and painting the screws black for better aesthetics. 2. The instructions say to put it together first then hang it on the wall. That is great so you can see where you want to place it and because it is actually bigger than it looks, but you will need to de-assemble it from the bottom shelf down after you mark where you want to place it, then put that part on the wall, then reassemble it from there, securing the top part to the wall last. The instructions sucked but that is what worked best for me. Another thing is when you first assembling it, you will notice that you will have to unscrew it a bit so the pipes can fast the correct way. This will make it feel flimsy, but it will tighten up when you secure it to the wall. Also, like some people said in previous reviews, some of the black paint did peel off the pipes, not to much for me but it was noticeable if you look at it hard enough.
