The plates have side tabs which can be bent and stuck to side of the bumper for extra support.? To install, simply sand down & clean surfaces on the damaged bumper tabs and the repair plates. Then simply glue the plates in place.?Apply evenly spread pressure with clamps?whilst it?? s drying. Recommended adhesive: JB Weld
