A complete, high-quality solution for converting 8HP BMW AWD transmissions (8HP70X and related variants) to a RWD configuration.
The HPR 8HP AWD to RWD Conversion Kit is engineered with practicality and performance in mind.
Unlike many alternatives on the market that require modification or clearancing to fit within the transmission tunnel, this kit features a compact design with repositioned outer mounting point on the left side. This ensures improved clearance and a straightforward installation.
In addition to the conversion components, the kit includes our full UltraFlex rear mount system. This comprises durable bobbin mounts (Shore 60A) along with all necessary hardware, delivering excellent vibration control and drivetrain stability. The UltraFlex mount is also fully compatible with all HPR chassis-specific crossmembers, ensuring seamless integration across a wide range of builds.
The flat-profile bobbin mounts in the Ultraflex kit simplify custom crossmember fabrication, saving time while ensuring precise fitment.
The UltraFlex mount adjustability makes it easy to precisely dial in your drivetrain angles, which is critical for a successful swap without any vibration/NVH issues.
