Solid 2g PeakO2 for stim-free endurance and oxygen boost

NutraBio Peak O2 isn't trying to be some over-the-top pre-workout with everything in it. It's a straight-up, stim-free product for endurance and performance, centered on one branded ingredient: 2 grams of PeakO2™ per scoop. That's key because PeakO2 isn't just any mushroom powder. It's a researched adaptogenic blend from Compound Solutions, made from six mushrooms—Cordyceps, Shiitake, Reishi, Turkey Tail, King Trumpet, and Lion’s Mane—put together specifically for better performance, oxygen use, handling fatigue, and workout output.

Here's how it works: PeakO2 doesn't chase pumps or stim highs like most gym stuff. It helps your body use oxygen more efficiently, boosts ATP production (that's your cells' energy source), and cuts down on blood lactate buildup during tough efforts. In the gym, that means you can keep pushing with better repeat efforts, that burning feeling doesn't hit as quick, and you perform stronger in workouts that demand endurance, steady pace, or sustained power. It's packed with beta-glucans and polysaccharides too—these are compounds that help with adaptogenic stress support (helping your body handle stress better) and even act like prebiotics for gut health, so it does more than your average performance booster.

Dose is everything here. The researched range for PeakO2 is 2,000mg to 4,000mg daily, and NutraBio hits you with 2,000mg per serving—that's the solid starting point from studies, not some weak amount. That's a big deal. A lot of products toss in trendy mushrooms in hidden blends at doses way too low to matter. Here, you're getting a real serving that lines up with the research. The best studies on PeakO2 used 4g daily for about 21 days, showing gains in peak power, VO2 max (that's your max oxygen use), lower blood lactate, and longer time before you tap out. So honestly, 2g is a legit daily dose backed by evidence, while 4g is what they pushed in some of the top studies.

Key Highlights

  • 2,000mg PeakO2™ per scoop — that's a real entry-level dose from the studies, not just something thrown in for the label. It puts this in the 2g-4g daily range that's shown actual results, way better than generic mushroom hype.
  • Researched branded ingredient — PeakO2 isn't some random mushroom mix. It's a trademarked blend from Compound Solutions with real human studies on VO2 max, peak power, lactate handling, and lasting longer in workouts.
  • Made for better oxygen use — PeakO2 helps your body handle oxygen more efficiently during exercise. That's huge for long, intense, or repeat-effort sessions where you need to keep your energy going strong.
  • Boosts ATP production — workouts aren't just about hype; they're about energy at the cell level. PeakO2 supports ATP energy so you stay steady even when training gets tough.
  • Cuts down blood lactate buildup — one of PeakO2’s best tricks is making lactate rise slower during hard work. That means less of that quick burn and heavy legs that kill your sets early.
  • Backed by university studies — real research on PeakO2 shows better peak power and VO2 max with consistent use. That's way more solid than the vague talk you hear about adaptogens and mushrooms.
  • No stims at all — no caffeine, no crash, no messing with your sleep. Perfect for late workouts, athletes doing doubles, or anyone who's already got enough stims in their day.
  • Six-mushroom blend for performance — PeakO2 mixes Cordyceps, Shiitake, Reishi, Turkey Tail, King Trumpet, and Lion’s Mane into one standardized formula. You get the studied combo instead of guessing with separate powders.

Who Is This For?

  • Hybrid athletes mixing lifts and conditioning. 2g PeakO2 helps with oxygen and fatigue, perfect when you need quick recovery between efforts without stims every time.
  • Bodybuilders in volume phases wanting consistent sets. No big stim rush here—it's about keeping output up as lactate builds and fatigue hits.
  • CrossFit types doing repeats, circuits, and intervals. PeakO2 studies on exhaustion time, power, and lactate make it spot-on for sports that crush weak recovery.
  • Endurance lifters, runners, rowers after a clean boost without caffeine. It's built for VO2 gains and oxygen efficiency, key when pace and aerobic support are big.
  • Evening workout crew who need support without killing sleep. Stim-free means you can use it late without that lingering buzz from other pre's.
  • Folks building custom stacks over loaded formulas. Standalone 2g PeakO2 gives targeted endurance that mixes easy with creatine, beta-alanine, electrolytes, carbs, or pre's.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop in water daily, 30 to 45 minutes before training to make it part of your routine. On rest days, hit it at the same time for those building benefits from regular PeakO2. No stims, so no need to half-dose for tolerance like with caffeine bombs—unless mushrooms bother you. Shake or stir it into water, and add creatine, electrolytes, EAAs, or a pre since it's just 2g of PeakO2. Take it with or without food; lots of guys go empty stomach or with a light snack for ease. To match those 4g study doses, try two servings a day if you're advanced, but 2g is already in the researched zone. No stim tolerance worries, so no cycling needed like high-stim stuff. Keep it cool and dry, seal the tub—powders can clump with moisture.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: it's easy to take and stack, but no big hit like a stim. 10-30 minutes: still no wild feel, since PeakO2 isn't about caffeine vibes or tingles. In the workout, you notice smoother breathing, steady pacing, and less fade in long or endurance sessions. 40-90 minutes: that's when it really helps, keeping your output solid as fatigue builds. Days 1-7: it's subtle at first, not a huge change. Weeks 2-4 with steady use: that's the sweet spot, with better repeats, handling more volume, and lasting longer with quality effort.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is in NutraBio Peak O2?

The active formula is straightforward: 2 grams of PeakO2™ per scoop. PeakO2 is a trademarked blend of six adaptogenic mushrooms—Cordyceps, Shiitake, Reishi, Turkey Tail, King Trumpet, and Lion’s Mane—designed specifically for performance, oxygen utilization, and fatigue management.

Is 2 grams of PeakO2 enough to matter?

Yes. The researched daily range for PeakO2 is 2,000mg to 4,000mg, so NutraBio’s 2g serving lands at the entry point of the clinical range. The strongest published data often uses 4g daily, so 2g is a legitimate dose, while 4g represents a more aggressive protocol for users who want to push closer to those study conditions.

How does PeakO2 work for training performance?

PeakO2 is designed to improve oxygen utilization, support ATP production, and reduce blood lactate buildup during exercise. In practical terms, that means better endurance, more sustainable output, and less premature fade in high-volume or conditioning-heavy sessions.

Will I feel this right away like a pre-workout?

Not in the usual sense. There is no caffeine here, so you should not expect a rush, tingles, or tunnel vision. The effect is more noticeable in workout quality—steadier breathing, better repeat effort, and less fatigue accumulation—especially after consistent daily use.

Can I stack NutraBio Peak O2 with a caffeinated pre-workout?

Yes, and that is one of its best use cases. Because Peak O2 is stimulant-free and only provides PeakO2 at 2g, it stacks cleanly with caffeine-based pre-workouts, creatine, beta-alanine, carbs, and electrolytes without doubling up on stimulants.

What is the best time to take NutraBio Peak O2?

Take 1 scoop 30 to 45 minutes before training on workout days. On rest days, use it at a consistent time daily, since PeakO2 is one of those ingredients that makes the most sense when used regularly rather than sporadically.

Is this better for lifting or cardio?

It can help both, but it shines most in any training style where oxygen use, fatigue resistance, and repeat output matter. That includes conditioning, circuits, mixed-modal training, high-volume bodybuilding work, and endurance-focused sessions.

Does NutraBio Peak O2 contain caffeine?

No. This is a stim-free formula with no caffeine and no stimulant blend. That makes it a strong option for evening training or for stacking with other products that already contain stimulants.

Do I need to cycle NutraBio Peak O2?

There is no stimulant tolerance concern here, so cycling is not required the way it often is with high-caffeine pre-workouts. In fact, PeakO2 is better suited to consistent daily use because its benefits are strongest when taken over time.

Is this just a wellness mushroom product repackaged for athletes?

No. PeakO2 is one of the rare mushroom ingredients developed and studied specifically for exercise performance. Its research focuses on VO2 max, peak power, lactate response, and time to exhaustion rather than generic immune-health positioning.

Amazing!
Format: Kindle, Format: Kindle
This book was phenomenal, I devoured it within a few days! For this being a debut novel, it is fantastic and I would’ve thought the author was a seasoned author. I have zero complaints about this book. Let me start by saying that the world building was phenomenal. I could picture everything in my head because of how detailed it was — that’s how good it was written. And I absolutely love the “captive/captor” trope so much, it’s become one of my favorite tropes, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that this book had that. I loved the banter between Rogue and Ara — they’re both snarky and witty, plus with the romantic tension, it made the dialogue that much better. Speaking of romantic tension, yes there is spice but not so much of it that it overrides the plot, which I loved. For me, this would probably be on the 3/5 level of spice. This book had a ton of plot twists and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

High on Tropes and Satisfaction
Format: Kindle
This is a great Romantasy book full of action, adventure, and everything you look for in this genre. I won’t lie: it does kinda feel like the author found every common trope from every successful book of this kind and threw them all into this novel. But if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Especially in romance, there’s a large audience who has specific expectations, and they want them every time. Nothing wrong with that and many times I’m one of them. I have no idea what defines a spoiler honestly, so spoiler alert!!!!!!! Tropes include: Only one bed at the inn/bar Dissatisfaction with life before hunk appears Lost royalty The chosen one Montage of dress up time followed by shocked hunk Forbidden romance between two from rival peoples Power that cannot be controlled, simply guided/asked Gathering intel at the inn/bar FMC who knows how to fight/use weapons well There’s probably more but no need to list them all. Good story and I would recommend!

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.
