Both sides are hand-polished to ensure a sharp finish, and are all weighted for absolute perfect balance, making them a joy to handle.
We have therefore matched these chessmen with the 45cm deluxe quality chessboard produced by reputable chess artisan Rechapados Ferrer of Spain. This board combines the highly fashionable and contemporary wenge wood veneer, which has a rich dark colour and a fascinating geometrically parallel grain, with beautiful light maple. The board is constructed to exacting dimensions and quality veneers with clean lines, giving it a lovely, pristine contemporary look.
