The Neck Massage Tool can be used by anyone. The Necksaviour can also be used as a Pilates or yoga aid and can be added into your daily routine of stretches for consistent benefits. How to Use the Massage Tool
- Choose the short or long option and the light or strong stretch
- Activate Necksaviour by bending it in half using your hands, body or legs
- Lie on your back on a comfortable surface and place the folded massager under your neck with the open end facing up
- Fully relax onto the device before releasing your grip.
- When in use, one end of Necksaviour should be at the upper end of your neck and the other end at the top of your shoulders
- You might find it helpful to make "micro adjustments" in the positioning of your massage tool by gently rotating and side flexing your head until you feel your Necksaviour is positioned correctly and comfortably
- Use the tool for a maximum of 15 - 20 minutes in any one session
