De Gleditsia triacanthos 'Skyline', ook wel valse christusdoorn genoemd, is een sierlijke en luchtige boom die bekendstaat om zijn fijne, geveerde bladeren en rechte groeiwijze. Deze doornloze cultivar heeft een open kroonstructuur die licht doorlaat, waardoor hij perfect is voor het creëren van een luchtige schaduwplek.

Met een hoogte van 200-250 cm is deze Gleditsia ideaal als solitaire boom in tuinen, langs lanen of op pleinen. Het frisgroene blad zorgt in de lente en zomer voor een zachte, natuurlijke uitstraling, terwijl de goudgele herfstverkleuring een extra seizoensaccent toevoegt.

De 'Skyline' stelt weinig eisen aan de bodem en groeit goed op zowel zandige als kleiige ondergronden, zolang die goed doorlatend zijn. Hij verdraagt droogte, luchtvervuiling en verharding goed, wat hem ook uitermate geschikt maakt voor stedelijke omgevingen.

This thing works really well. My only complaint is that you can't really get a tight cone on the mist setting. I wanted to be a little more precise, but it still got the job done. The wand and hose feel durable, and the tank itself feels sturdy without being too heavy to carry around. Simple, reliable, easy to clean, and useful for way more than just gardening. Definitely worth having around the house or garage.
