Beschrijving: Weelderig en levendig, met een dichte groenblijvende bosbodem, wierook, diepte, rijke pruimen en een extreem lange afdronk.

Lekker Bij: Wild, gegrild vlees, kaas.

Leuk weetje: De druiven worden handmatig geoogst en worden vervolgens gefermenteerd en gerijpt in eikenhouten vaten. De rijpingstijd varieert van 18 tot 24 maanden, afhankelijk van de oogst.
